Flowroute Survey Highlights the Vast Potential for Businesses to Benefit from Cloud-based Communications
Recent studies show that business users have yet to reap the full potential of cloud communications. This a key finding from Flowroute Inc.’s The Future of Communications in the Cloud survey. A leading cloud-based communications provider, Flowroute surveyed more than 1,000 businesses users nationwide to examine and gauge their adoption of cloud-based communications services such as voice, collaboration tools and messaging. The survey showed that nearly half of all surveyed businesses believe that they “had not even scratched the surface of what they can do” with cloud-based communications. This means that businesses still have a huge potential to benefit from cloud communications, given that they have the right strategy and solution.
Flowroute’s survey also identified the four top criteria for selecting a cloud communications provider. These include the cost of service, reliability, the cost of technical support, and the ability to scale services quickly. Read the full report on Flowroute’s website.
