All things considered, Talkroute has been a solid choice for my business. It’s not 100% perfect, but it's pretty close. I’m happy with what I’m getting, and I feel like it’s made managing calls for my business a lot simpler and more professional. If you're in the market for a virtual phone system, Talkroute is definitely worth checking out.
Super Easy to Use: Seriously, you don't have to be a tech wizard to get the
hang of this. The setup was easy-peasy and I found myself navigating through
the features like a pro in no time.
Clear Calls: The call quality is top-notch. I haven't had any issues with
calls dropping or bad connections, which honestly makes my life a whole lot
easier.
Awesome Features: I’m loving the voicemail-to-email feature; it's a total
game-changer for keeping track of messages and making sure I don't miss
anything important. The custom greetings are a nice touch too.
Helpful Customer Service: The few times I had to reach out to customer
service, they were really helpful and sorted out my issues pretty fast.
A Bit Pricey: I won't lie, I did hesitate a bit seeing the price tag,
especially since my business is still pretty small. But so far, it's been
worth the investment.
More Global Reach, Please: I have a few customers outside the US and it would
be awesome if Talkroute could enhance their international features to make
communication smoother with my international peeps.
