Especially if you're using Asterisk. Great voice quality, good support and 100% reliability (in two years of service).
This company deserves a 0 star review. Their service and customer service are terrible. Their mobile technology and mobile app are terrible. I was never notified of my renewal in advance and when I tried to cancel the service it was a week long process that ended with threat of a $5600 termination fee (over 10 times the annual cost of service excluding taxes). Now they have auto-renewed my service for another year. I tried to contact their billing department today and was sent to voicemail. They must be using another provider because the voicemail attendant seemed to work. Avoid using this company at all cost. DO NOT USE FONALITY!
These folks provided mediocre service and then stuck us with an auto-renew contract from 5 years prior. Very poor form. Comcast is less than 50% or the price with no BS or quality issues.
