WaveStreet VOiP has been fantastic for both of our offices here on the Monterey Bay. The service is reliable and crystal clear, which is essential for our work-from-home and mobile employees. It keeps our team connected and ensures seamless communication with our customers. On the rare occasions we've needed support, their tech team has been 100% responsive and effective. Highly recommended!

As a small business, its important to determine the value in the vendors we use. Switching from Comcast to WaveStreet was one of the best decisions we have made to date. Our phone equipment got an update and our cost was cut in half. The process to switch over was easy and was handled professionally. All of the customer service reps I have spoken with are so helpful and have answered my questions with hardly any wait time.

Pros Reputation and reliability. As of yet, there have been no real outages that have impacted us. Any potential issue is handled straight away by their customer service.

Cons After a year and a half, I have yet to come across any.
