I have been with eFax and myFax, which by the way are owned by the same company. My usage is very low (10-20 pages per month.) I have been paying $10 a month to myFax for all these years. I probably would have continued with the service, but lately, I started receiving a lot of junk faxes. They refused to do anything about it. Spam reporting option was taken out. Cancelling the service was 30 minutes excruciating process. So, I finally I landed up with SRFAX. I am paying less and I couldn't be more pleased with the interface. There is a price option available for all budgets.
Poor customer service, which is slow to respond and does not know your situation. I don't think they keep track of issues so when you call or email, the next service person doesn't have any idea so you have to explain things over and over again with each different representative.
I am in charge of IT at a mid-sized company that fields and makes a large number of phone calls everyday. Voip.com's Cloud PBX business solution has been a wonderful weight off my shoulders after having to constantly be messing with our last phone system that was always going down. So far, we have not had any issues with the Voip.com solution and would recommend it to anyone who wants a pain-free solution to their phone system troubles. I should also mention that it's pretty affordable considering all the features you get.
We switched to Voip.com Cloud PBX for business about 3 months ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided both by the customer support team, as well as the quality of the actual phone service. Set-up was a breeze, and the phone system just works as you would expect a 25 person strong business phone system would work. If you're looking for a solid phone service provider that also provides your phone system with some very useful features like mobile app integration, I don't think you can go wrong with Voip.com's Cloud PBX.
