Far and away the best hosting company I've ever used. Their customer service team immediately jumps on any concern or question I may have and double-checks to ensure that I am satisfied. Fast connection speeds and reliable uptime. I'm a very happy customer!
Fast, attentive customer service, quick setup, the calls are clear, and the system handles ALL of our calls flawlessly. We were up and running in no time, and Colocation America even recommended a VoIP software provider in case you need one. The prices could be better for the equipment, but the service was top notch and we haven't had any complains about call quality, system load or anything else.
My first inclination that Jive customer service was bad when they overcharged my ACH by $450. They said they would take care of bank service charges but never did. Now I've been trying to PORT OUT my number for two months. Deny, Deny, Deny, Deny ... different reasons each time, they won't give up the number, you can't get out!
Totally unreliable. Be ready for hours of phone calls getting everything working right. Lots of glitches. Quality is poor. Customer service is awful. The lady that we had in resolutions was petty and argumentatve. So glad we switched to another carrier.
