Up until recently I was using long distance cards purchased at the local drugstore. The problem with these cards is that you never get the minutes you think you are paying for. Calling within our state to another area code costs 3 times more than I thought it would. Plus minutes sometimes mysteriously disappeared for no apparent reason. With Hello Highway you get exactly what you pay for and you no longer have to enter multiple digit phone numbers and pass codes. I simple dial a local phone number and dial the person I'm calling. It even allows for speed-dialing. Hello Highway makes it simple and I highly recommend them to anyone.
I use Hello Highway's service regularly and it is a great value!

I had switched over to VoIP for my business to save money on my phone bills. I regret having switched as the network is unreliable, the quality is poor, and we're having to use our cell phones to call customers back as they can't hear you! It has been very frustrating for my staff who have had to call customer service numerous times (not a quick call either) with complaints of all or some phones being down, or the sound quality being poor. I would not recommend any business to switch to this service!
