I've used VoIP Innovations 4 years ago and had to use another trunking provider due to cost. We recently moved our services back after VoIP Innovations agreed to match our current pricing. Service is miles better than the other provider. Routes are better and overall call quality. We also have a lot more features then we had before too. Ability to let our customers update their cnam, SMS, and DID grouping just to name a few. Don't underestimate the ability to get support via chat 24/7. We are pleased to be back, and wish we never left.

Quality of service and support is excellent. Super easy to work with and always quick to resolve any issues. Tech support is very knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. They have certainly been a part of the success of our company.

Hi there, being trying to conduct business with VI for over 12 months with ZERO success. No tech assistance what so ever and only a dear John letter eventually that makes no sense Enter any discussions with Extreme caution. We lost money, clients and time with only frustration to show for it

I have been with VI for 10+ years and in that time they have provided me with
excellent service at reasonable rates. Without a doubt the single thing which
separates them from the rest is the people. Their staff is amazing, they do
not outsource their technical support which is a big plus. They are friendly
and always super knowledgeable. If there is a feature you want that does not
exist you can recommend it and they actually give those requests serious
consideration. I have seen several requests implemented over my years of
service with them.

Tech support and staff is by far the best I have ever had to deal with Always creating new features and capabilities in their service
As anyone I dont like it when service is disrupted, however I can say that 99.99% of the time when it happens its not actually their fault but one of the underlying carriers which they have no control over.

We have worked with a number of SIP providers and VoIP Innovations has been
the most knowledgeable and easy to work with group of people that we have
encountered. Recently we had a difficult situation that a client created for
us by requesting a release of numbers, and then many months later wanting
them back. Nick went above and beyond by literally spending hours with
upstream carriers on our behalf in order to win-back those numbers.
Considering their low cost for DID and Termination, I can hardly see it was
worth his time. But what really mattered to Nick was doing the very best job
to help me, regardless of what he would make from the service. This is
seriously rare. Most vendors weigh what they will get from helping you and
then provide you a level of service based upon your business impact to them.
VoIP Innovations has my highest recommendation - truly exceptional.

We have been using VoIP Innovations for 6 years now and have been very happy
with their service and willingness to help us with our needs.
Their tech support has been the best we have ever seen in our industry ( next
to ours ) period. They speak with us on our level, not like they are just
tier 1 support, when you call there you get someone on the phone quickly and
who knows what they are talking about.
They have always been responsive when we ask them for special things with
their API integration and get them done quickly.

I am a small systems installer/integrator Installing mostly FreePBX. I have
used other companies, VOIP Innovations is hands down the best SIP Trunk
provider that I have ever used. As for the $200 Minimum. If you are not an
end user, you should hit that with no problem.

Great Customer service World class Tech Support Phone Support available (Other companies do not let you talk to the techs. You must submit a ticket and wait 3-48 hours for a response. VOIP Innovatoins let you call directly to L2-3 techs) Fast easy Provisioning Fast response to issues. Many Features like Fax / SMS avalible

We have used VI for 2+ years and overall recommend their service. We have had very few issues. Really hope that management invests in more reliable repair system. The last thing a person with a service issue wants is no answers. The voice quality is excellent and the rates are good. Service is more for call centers and small business.

Able to get numbers instantly, able to provision new trunks quickly, price is very fair.
Repair is very slow to respond, calls to their call center for repairs doesn't answer when they are busy.

Minimum commitment of $200 per month hurts a lot. I utilize about maximum of $40 per month, but I pay $200 per month due the minimum commitment rate.
Number porting is slow, around 4 weeks.
No username and secret authentication for SIP Trunks. Authentication is done based on public IP of your softswitch and you have to have a static public IP in order to accomplish this.
