People need to be connected. Expense is often not spared in businesses setting up websites or Facebook pages, doing direct mailings, purchasing advertising in printed or broadcast media, setting up free standing email accounts, and the like. The key to promoting a product and a business, however, is more than letting a potential consumer know that a business is there. The true key to business success is giving the consumer access to the business.
Today’s Business—Complex and Often Disjointed
Think of business communications as being multifaceted. Call returns are one vehicle for that consumer connection. How can a business manage them? Missed calls or dropped calls are a hassle. Is there a way of recovering consumer contacts that have been received but are lost or corrupted? Emails fill inbox's which often have little or no organization. Certainly there must be some way of organizing them so that contacts can be initiated or maintained. Many have become accustomed to voice mails, but again there is the problem of managing them. Is there a method for ordering voice mails and prioritizing them for practical office communication? What about the need to attach an annotation to a specific phone call? Is there a way? How about converting an email or web contact to an activity response or management response? In this day of multitasking and multimedia communications, certainly there must be a way. And then there is the oddball contact that comes by Twitter or other “short and sweet” missive. Can these contacts be managed with all the other messages coming in to a business?
MightyCall—An Answer for Organizing Business Communication
MightyCall’s service package. Think of this! With Mighty Call’s Activities, communications are received, dated, summarized, and allocated for appropriate response, listening, comment, or assigned for specific in house service. An algorithm is applied to the message load of a company. People calling by voice receive a higher priority for response. Why? Because, people who want to talk to people, want a quick response. People calling by Twitter are probably next in the queue for response. Their expectations for response are not as great as the direct caller. Contacts through email or website would be farther down in the response priority list, based on their presumed desire for a response, but not as timely as the voice caller. In addition, key words in print can be used to increase or decrease placement in the business’s response queue.
An Expanding Proven Business Technology Requiring No Special Equipment
MightyCall is cloud based. Smartphones, standard mobile phones, conference phones, computer headsets, dedicated VoIP phones, and just plain old-fashioned landline phones work with this service. No new equipment and no new software is required to utilize MightyCall. Processing of calls is not in the phone or the computer! Web-based voice mail and call logs, website connection software, each connects to business. Consumers ultimately access the company people connection through call menus which provide extensions or specific names as appropriate to them. That menu and its processing resides with MightyCall and not in the local business. Consumers and companies connect directly to one another via MightyCall. Business customers use both local and toll-free numbers. Number of employees is not an issue and both individuals and departments within a company can have individual extensions. Holiday and special scheduling is not an issue for MightyCall since a business-centered pre-recorded greeting is easily adjusted and a caller menu can give specific directions for accessing business needs in non-business hours. What about those unwanted or crank callers? Call alerts can even be customized so that a call may be rejected before answering.
