Has been super reliable for multiple accounts. Would recommend for any
business looking for hosted and/or Asterisk-integrated installations.

Pros Stellar uptime - almost zero downtime in the past 3 years.

Cons Do not know enough about reselling - although that is an option.

I ported a cellphone number years ago to park it at low cost. Since then,
voip.ms has been reliable and amazingly customizable with its huge list of
features.
I recommend to friends and family.

Cons need some technical know-how, but wiki is there to help.

I use this service to replace a home phone. It's way more affordable, and
once set up it works perfectly.

Pros Just works once set up. Price is affordable.

Cons Setup can be difficult if you're not technically savvy.

I have been with them for over 2 years. Service is reliable and I never
really had to deal with support. I love their service and price so much, I
recommend several of my friends to use them. Highly recommend using them to
save money and stop giving money to Big Telecom (ie. Bell, Telus, Rogers,
etc.).

Pros Good solid service.

Cons Have not had any issues.

We've been using voip.ms for our home phone service for over a decade now.
Very satisfied, especially with the cost. Currently in our new home, I am
encountering some minor audio quality issues that I have not taken the time
to troubleshoot yet (they're very minor) but otherwise have been very happy
with the service.

Pros cost, customer service

Cons none

Love this service, used it for years.

This service has more features that you can count. I couldn't possibly list
them all, but I love the call recording, answering machine, sms, multiple
lines, easily handle multiple phone numbers including a toll free one that I
use. Anything North America is basically local and you don't even need to
dial 1 anymore. I receive recorded messages and sms messages in my email. I
have it forward sms to my cell phone. I'm using multiple phones. Got a cheap
used Cisco ones, the kind you see everywhere, plus one of those little ATA
boxes so I can use my old regular cordless house phone, and I've been using
Softphone apps on my cell phone, which, so long as I'm on WiFi (I don't have
a cell data plan on my cell), anyone that call me at home, I can pick up
anywhere in the world. There are ways to route calls (press 1 for so and so),
etc. It's been very reliable.
Tech support are nice, smart, efficient, and knowledgable. I had a couple of
really tricky issues with that ATA box, but they knew what to fix and walked
me through it.
I think it's a pretty cool operation. I believe they're doing this from
Montreal, and they've got a bunch of data centers to give you your preferred
location (not that that matters much, because, it's the internet, but never
mind that).

Pros Cost effective, every feature under the sun and then some, knowledgeable tech support.

Cons Can be a bit tricky to configure it using their web interface, but you'll figure it out, and there's support plus documentation.

I have been using voip.ms for more than 4 years and I had a reliable service
since then.
When problems occured, we were advised bu I didn't experience problems.
Then only problems I had were caused by my ISP.
Many features are added regularly to make the experience more and more
interesting.

Voip.ms is a complete voip service of professional quality. Totally in a
league beyond other voip services, with a full set of services that you only
find in professional voip services. Things like auto attendant, dedicated
messages on hold, hunt groups, DID routing, and many more, are standard party
of the service.

Customer service is very professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I
have never had to listen to a script-driven customer service representative.
These folks really know their stuff. Totally impressive.

Pros Full service, low cost, professional voip service, with top notch support.

Cons They don't do enough marketing, so they are not well known.

I use Voip.ms as my only phone line (residential use). I use Linphone on an
old cellphone with no SIM. It is inexpensive and quite reliable for me. I
haven't had the need to contact customer service, so I don't know how good
they are. I like that they have a wiki and was able to find the answer to all
my questions there.

The only downside is that I need internet access to use it, so things are a
bit awkward during moves while everything is getting connected, but that's
probably how people used to do things before cellphones, back when dinosaurs
and landlines roamed the land.

Anyway, I can't complain, I like the price, much better than what Bell or
Telus would offer me.

I have an customer of voip. MS for the last 10 for the last 10 years

I have a large number of lines is a large number of lines that I resell for
my clients and I have found yeast and I have found all aspects of voip. MS is
of voip. MS reliable and trustworthy

Inquiries sent to the Tech Support team is the Tech Support team are replied
to almost instantly. Complex issues may take a little bit of time but usually
within the same business day then the same business day most matters are
resolved.

I wish that there was wish that there was an app which I could do an app
which I could use to receive the text message component yet text message
component that they offer but otherwise they offer but otherwise the service
is almost perfect.

Pros Good customer service, Really good pricing , reliable service
