Totally Enjoy the Reliability and Features of Voip.MS

I've been a Voip.MS customer for at least 4 years now and cannot recall a
single time when the service was down. The redundancy in their network is
awesome. And, I love the feature set including SMS capabilities on my VOIP
line, And the Ring Groups feature that routes calls to multiple numbers is
stellar. I give just one number to friends, family, and co-workers.and tell
them it'll ring my office and my cell phone. They are always responding
that's 'magic'. With all these features, sometimes it's sometimes a bit
difficult to get the setup correct. The awesome documentation helps most of
the time. But when it doesn't I simply type a 'chat' message and get a timely
helpful answer.

I've been using voip.ms for 7 years now, and it's been a fantastic service.
I've got quite a bit of experience with SIP configuration in my professional
life, and the instructions on the wiki for setting up a SPA gateway were very
straightforward to follow, and I can appreciate the breadth of options that
voip.ms offers. Call quality is good, and the fact that I can get detailed
CDR at any time is a huge plus. I've also used it to block the vast majority
of spam/marketing calls with a simple IVR, which I can bypass for whitelisted
numbers. It's reliable enough that I also set my parents up with it, and
other than getting the occasional panicked call when internet might be out,
it's worked without intervention for years. Any time I've had to contact
support they've been responsive, and they provide ample notice of service
changes and work being done on the platform.
Lots of power user options for those that want to dive into them
Would be nice if a routing rule could apply to all address book numbers (or
another lookup/API call).

I cannot even recall how many years I've been using Voip.ms service; there
were occasions where I literary forgot that I'm using them for my home phone
service and it was just working... as simple as that...
On couple of rare occasions, I had requests for some additions to service
which were handled promptly and to my satisfaction.
I cannot tell how would they fare for commercial multi-line busy setting but
for normal, residential usage they were rock solid all these years.

lot servers and you can choice the best servers for your location with the
less delay with server and your internet. I'm connected on Montreal4 with
12ms. Perfect

I have been a customer fr over 9 years and find the service extremely
reliable. The live customer service or chat is top notch and very helpful.
I find VOIP.MS to be a full feature Service Provider and ave recommended them
to business associates and friends within my network. The only issue I have
is paying in USD funds for a service offered by a Canadian based
company.Otherwise a 5 Star rated company!

Has far exceeded my expectations. It’s a little technical but full of
great features. They communicate well and quickly, and try to help
troubleshoot when they can. I’ve been very happy and ported my land line
long ago and never looked back.

My line was hijacked once, but they cut the user off before any damage
occurred (long distance calls). Unfortunately I believe I would have been
accountable for that. They had no idea how this occurred and neither did I.
At least they have software to find this before calls are placed, at least in
my case.

Seems like a win across the board and that's because it does what a service
provider is suppose to do. A reliable service with available features at a
comfortable price. A far better deal than my land-line ever was. My ATA makes
it blend into the preexisting wiring, and things like SMS and Fax round it
out so I don't need an additional provider. Virtual assistant, aside from the
professional touch makes a great hurdle for dealing with telemarketers.
