Great VoIP service, the best IMHO
Been using them for a few years, I never regretted it, probably never will.
I'm a home user. I use it on my android phone when on the go and at home on
my home phones too.

Great price, solid service, I've never had down time.

Switched to VoIP, to take telephony under control. Out of greedy hands of
under-developed third-world grade, cell Canadian providers oligopoly

It just works, while I use small subset of features, relying on own
FreeSwitch server

- Works for years without drastic changes - Support is useful. And I almost never need to contact it - Support is ticket based, over the message. No "Please wait on the line and you'll be answered shortly"
- SMS is flaky. It woks in some cases, but doesn't in many others - no Terraform support, while has HTTP API - No modern, loss tolerant codec support, such as Opus or ILBC. Which is must for VoIP on your cell. Have to use own intermediary VoIP server for it

Very good service when I need to chat with somebody. The answer is very quick
and accurate. It is very easy to call to everywhere from the cellphone if you
have the app for a softphone

I have literally no complaints and have been using the service for years.

I used to pair with a soft-PBX. Now I'm able to use a number of turn key
features saving me the hassle.

Forwarding, hunt groups, IVR, and even SMS.

Service and support have always been aces!

I am a very happy customer.

Great platform, tons of features, very fast and knowledgable support.
I cant immediately think of any. This has been my one stop shop for years!

Eye reliable service. Need to read into voip configuration to be able to
configure everything but support is there to help if you can’t figure it
out with their very well written documentation.

I moved everyone in my family from landlines to voip.ms and they’re all
thrilled with the quality and savings.

The service is reliable and the price is affordable. I have use their
service for almost 10 years, and their service has been very good. The
service is very reflexible, you can use it as cell phone plan as well as home
phone. Customer service is easy to reach and has deep knowledge of their voip
service, and thus can always solve my problem

I have had nothing but great succes with VOIP.ms since moving to their
service over 10 years ago. I even was able to get my parents connected and
they love it. Theybtravel between the US and Canada and love the fact that
they can take their number with them every where they go.

Setup can be a little tricky but once done it is solid.

Have been a Voip.ms customer for 8 years! Can't believe it's been that long.
I don't give a thought at all about the VOIP service, it always works.
Their support wiki is great to get you working no matter what kind of
equipment you're trying to connect. I've occasionally tried other VOIP
services which always left a lot to be desired followed by their
disappearing.

Been a customer for over 10 years.

Started out by ditching my phone line and running a PBX at home conencted to
my home phone system.
Reliable, consistent service and a great price.

I've since ported mobile numbers for family memebers to voip.ms and and run
soft phones with data only plans.
Even has SMS.

Will be a lifetime customer.

Easy to setup, affordable price
SMS service works great but still needs a few improvements, an official phone client for iOS and Android would be nice.
