Great service, great company
I have been a VOIP.ms customer for a couple years now. Initially I chose
them because they offered far more features and fine grained configuration
that others I looked at. Having the ability to configure every aspect of the
different features offered was a huge win. After I've been using them I have
also learned that their system has been extremely reliable. I have had zero
downtime with their service. It just works, and the price is *very*
competitive as well.
As an example of why the feature rich, and very configurable, VOIP.ms is
better, shortly after I signed up, I utilized their feature set to setup my
own personal robocall filter. It is a voice response setup that simply asks
a caller to press a number if they are human. Robocallers don't listen to
the voice responder and therefore don't press the number, and so my number of
robocalls that rang through to my phones dropped to zero. VOIP.ms also
offers the ability to provide custom routes based on whether a caller is in a
list of known phone numbers or not, so I also utilized that feature to setup
a bypass of the voice responder for those known callers I want to receive, so
those individuals don't have to go through the voice responder each time.
Without the feature rich system provided by VOIP.ms, I would not have been
able to setup a personal robocall filter with such ease.
