I was with Bell, that Videotron.. and then switch to VOIP.MS.

Since that move, i never regret since this services allow me to do much more
that the usual phone provider. Such thing like :
- Create rules that filter call, like make play a Screaming Monkey call to
unwanted call (like telemarketing.. you win a boat trip,..)
- Create rules that ask user to press 1 after normal hour to talk to you. If
he dont press it, you wont ear the phone ring at all !

So all call from 1-800, 1-866 .. are all sent to the monkey sound, even other
unwanted call !

Pros Price very good. Very well documentation on "how to" configure your device. Easy to port your actual phone # to VOIP.MS

Cons didn't find any "Cons" yet.. Just you need to read the already well explain manual on their site to configure your adapter.

We have been using VOIP.MS for our home for years, I couldn't believe how
much money we have saved!!!

The phone service we received from VOIP.MS as WELL as we get from BELL, but
the level of the custom service is much better.

Pros Good service, flexible, saving MONEY!

Hello,

It is rather simple to post a review for such a great platform. I am still
very pleased by the many features I get for such a low price: call-waiting,
etc. As a simple individual with minimum needs for phones, I am fully pleased
by my joining VOIP.s services.

Pros Simple: good prices, call-waiting, id callers, voice mail, free long distances call in Canada....

Cons In the first few days/weeks, problems with proper connection, interrupted called or bad sound happened a few times. With the help of a friend already using Voip.s, solved all the problems. It has been running flawlessly for the past months.

I've been a VoIP.ms customer for well over a decade now.
I ran a home business out of my basement apartment, and cell reception was
terrible. I I needed a solution to receive phone calls without leaning out
the window, and I didn't want a to have to get a landline and set my cell to
forward there either. It also occurred to me that it would be even better if
I could have my calls pop up on my laptop too. VoIP seemed like the answer,
and I started searching for a provider. VoIP.ms came up in my search and
their flexible pricing along with Toronto servers and area codes made it an
easy choice.

With VoIP.ms, not only do I have a tonne of flexibility in how to use my
number, but there are three key things that have made it my main phone
provider:
1) I needed a way to have my phone calls route to my all my devices
regardless of brand and OS.
2) I needed an easy way to keep my phone number if I changed wireless
carriers.
3) I needed a way to receive calls even if I didn't have cellular reception.

VoIP.ms was also among the first to add SMS and MMS services, meaning there's
not a lot that I can't do with my VoIP number.

I'm NEVER going back to a traditional phone setup again!

Pros Pricing, local Toronto numbers and servers, SMS, MMS

Cons SMS and MMS is a bit difficult to use without 3rd party solutions.

Very pleased with VOIP.ms setup is simple and support help me with the more
advanced options such as the IVR that is also free

Reliable service and the customer support is really exceptional. They spent a
lot of time helping me with an unusual setup issue and their support was
knowledgeable. Way better than with most tech services I’ve dealt with.

I've been with Voip.ms for 6 months now and so far so good.
The installation steps are well documented and the customer service is very
helpfull if you face any issues.
The quality of line is pretty good and there are no disturbance.
Voip.ms keep adding new features and the web interface is well designed and
easy to use.
Pricing is also very attractive even if you are using your line for business.

Pros Attractive Pricing. Easy to install and well documented step compare to other services. Nice set of features. Good customer service.

Cons Require to purchase ATA adapter separately.

I have been using VOIP.MS for 5 years now. I find it very reliable and easy
to use. I feel that I am getting my monies worth for the services I receive.
Their newsletter is informative. I do not get spammed by the company. I
can recommend the use of VOIP.MS even to beginners. Keep up the good work!
