VoIP.ms is a great service. It offers countless features included with their
service that you would normally pay a premium for from other providers. Their
price is beyond reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I've been a residential user of voip.ms for about 4 years now, and so far the
sound quality and service have been great. I have had a couple of issues
with initial configuration that their support was able to help me resolve
very quickly. We have had no complaints about the quality of the connections,
even when using a sip box with them at our condo in Costa Rica.

I would highly recommend voip.ms for anyone who is willing to try a "roll
your own" approach to a voice over IP service.

Pros Sound quality, reliability, price and excellent service

Cons non that I have found so far

I've been using VoIP.ms for several years now; first to replace our family
landline, and more recently to manage porting cell numbers and numbers from
other VOIP providers while providing call forwarding services to maintain
continuity.

It has been everything I've needed, although my needs are fairly minimal in
comparison to the vast number of features that it offers. We've been
delighted with simply getting voicemail via email at no cost, for example,
and for the extremely low pay per use fees.

When we have needed customer support, they have been very responsive and
honest. For example, one number simply couldn't be ported over. They were
upfront about that, which was certainly appreciated.

I have been using VoIP.MS for a few years now for both personal and business
telephony, and really like their offerings . They are by far the most
flexible SIP provider I have worked with. Their customer service & tech
support (via live web chat) are top-notch and and pricing can't be beat.
Every SIP device I've ever tried seems to work on their platform with minimal
fuss. If I had any complaint, it's that they don't have all the features of a
full blown cloud PBX, and sometimes I have to use clunky workarounds as a
result. Otherwise, I have had great success deploying VoIP.MS in a variety of
commercial settings.

Pros Super flexible; great support; competitive pricing; just works!

Cons Not quite as capable as a full cloud PBX provider; no support yet for STIR / Shaken.

So easy to use, it's silly!

I'm not a VOIP expert, not by a long shot. I'm a home user that wanted to
simply drop my house phone service and save a few bucks, but not lose my
phone number of literally 22 years. VOIP.ms has online help available 24/7
via there Wiki pages, which makes set up a breeze. Once I took my time to
figure out what I was dealing with, the overall set up was done in under an
hour.

Pros Price - #1. You get a lot of features for very little cash. Don't tell them, but they could charge more and I'd still use them. They're also really reliable. Never, ever had an issue with connectivity.

Cons I'm still waiting patiently for an app that I can use on my iPhone as an interface with my services.

I have been with VoIP.ms for years now !

I'm very satisfied of the reliability and ease of use of VoIP.ms, at a very
low cost.

To convert your home to VoIP.ms, you just have to buy a telephone adapter
(like Cisco SPA112), get a subscription to voip.ms, buy a temporary phone
number (DID), follow setup instructions in voip.ms wiki, do your tests, and
finally port your phone number.

Anybody with a bit of skills can do it.

Only cons: quality sound could sometimes be not perfect

I use voip.ms for all my personal phone needs, both at home and or mobile
(sms). So far, I never encounter any issue, and although the interface is
loaded with options, it remains clear and usable. The documentation is also
great.

Would highly recommend.

Pros works reliably, established business, ease of use.

Cons might be more pricey but you pay for what you get...

5 years now with them. Very stable and reliable.
Customers service was quick when I needed them.

Lot of functionalities … even maybe too much! You might search a while for
a specific settings!

Quality is good… had to change my server 2-3 times in 5 years Because had
echo… but that’s all.

Have ben using voip.ms for many years and other than a few minor issues their
service has been flawless. Great provider if you are bring your own device
and have some technical knowledge. Probably not the best provider if you
just want a plug and play service. The amount of features available are
outstanding. Whenever I have had an issue customer service has been able to
help me resolve it quickly Their response to tickets is very fast. Highly
recommended.
