I've been with VoIP.ms for several years now and it beats other phone
services hands down. Feature rich, reliable, and chat effective. I've never
stayed with any other phone services for as I have been with VoIP.ms.

Pros Easy to set up Feature rich Cost effective

Cons Reliant on internet service but I have redundant internet services.

Amazing provide, BYOB, excellent software support and always adding features

When I got my first account with VOIP.ms I knew almost nothing! Their
customer service team talked me through everything! After a while, I got
more confident and found I could find most answers in their wiki pages. And
only ask support specific things not covered or more advanced than the
documentation examples.

Now that I understand better what the technology can do, they are there
adding more and more features to their system. Expanding their software API
so I can easily build or integrate their services with my own and client
systems!

Fantastic!

And the prices are reasonable.

Down time is very rare, and when it happens, they are on top of it fast!

When I had to go to England, they taught me how to use a temp number to call
forward all my calls over to a local (cheap) pay as you go plan SIM card.
Long distance rates are so low, that was not a problem. Very cool. Now I
teach that to everybody I now that travels a lot!

Pros Advanced software API to control their services. Easy to get started, and very low cost to do a test or demo setup Support is always there and ready to help with anything Bring Your Own Device (BYOB) they do not care whose hardware or softphone you have, it will work.

Cons Mildy annoying they bill in fixed increments. This has caused confusion with my clients thinking their monthly bill is high, but its not. Billing in US$ is also mildly annoying

Best IP phone service for the price. Been with VoIP.ms since 2015 and have no
regrets. Instead of paying Videotron 85$ a month for a landline, now I pay
around 6-7$ a month for VoIP with more features. Never experienced any
downtime since day 1.

VOIP.MS is the only voip solutions provider that you will need for
telecommunications. I have been able to consolidate multiple lines and
voicemail boxes into an automated internet based account that has saved me
quite a lot of money over the past few years. In addition, their amazing
features such as hold music, virtual mailboxes and more has helped reduce a
clients perspective time on hold in comparison with using a traditional
landline provider. I highly recommend VOIP.MS.

Pros They have the best amount of features for the price and this has allowed me to save quite a lot of money in comparison with other telecommunication operators.

Cons I don't have any cons as they are continually improving the service. The only thing that I miss was the ability to recharge the account in lower increments such as $10.

A great VoIP provider that offers great service at a very low cost. They
have an extremely feature rich platform.

I started with several different VOIP providers 15 years ago for comparison.
I ended up moving all my phone numbers to VOIP MS was it was clearly superior
in features, reliability, value and geographic distribution of servers.

I've put other family members on it as well as setting up a non-technical
friend's business phone.

My phone bill is trivial despite having 3 local numbers and a toll free
number.

I would recommend VOIP MS to anyone who is even modestly computer literate.

Pros Value, reliability, servers in many locations, a vast range of features.

Cons Some computer literacy required or time to start at the steep end of the learning curve. This is not a VOIP MS problem but a fact of life. Some people struggle with basic computer skills and it makes them struggle to set things up.

We use voice.ms and it offers good value and works well. I wish that there
would be an unlimited calling option but at the per minute price, it's not a
big issue.

The amount of flexibility, features and cost nothing in the market comes
close. We use it for all our family in multiple house holds. As long as you
have internet you have a very good phone. Love the online chat support.
Usually you need a good phone-internet adapter. When you do there is not
much hassle as the system is very robust.

Pros reliable, cost effective

Cons some downtime due to internet disconnection. But I have my cell as backup.

I believe that VoIP.ms has excellent customer service that is very
knowledgeable and quick to respond. My only main concern is with the soft
clients, so may be unrelated to VoIP.ms but I use Zoiper and some features,
including text messaging, aren't so great. My gf also has a problem using the
clients on her iPhone as they don't run in the background and we haven't been
able to solve this yet without having to pay for it.

Pros Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Great price.

Cons Call quality can be spotty because of some poor internet connections but not really VoIP.ms's fault
