A friend recomended vonics to me. The phone quality is great. I found vonics digital to be the cheapest price and with very good free option. I have their worldfone Mexico service with unlimited USA calling. Its great having a Mexico phone number is USA. What a great cocept. I wonder why other companies dont offer this service.

I signed up for Vonics after reading about it. I got the gizmo device. It took two minutes to install and its been working beautifully. Great service!
Check Vonics service out if you are in the market.

Huge mistake to shift our service to Vonics.Customer service is not 24/7. If you live in est coast or central time zone..then forget about customer service in morning hours,when you need your telephone the most. Bad sound quality makes it more worst. Their modem gets disconnected evey 5-10 miuntes ..the we have to reboot it again. So if you are planning to buy this service, get ready for that too.Rates are cheaper but customer service makes me think i would rathe pay more.

I have a world fone product, its the best deadl I found over the internet and I am happy with the service.

I have been using Vonics for 2-yrs and its been a great service for my company. I have 7-SOHO lines. I have their service being used in Philippines, Egypt, India and US. I had problems initially with overseas lines when I first started but it was mostly due to static IPs. They called overseas to two different countries and help my associattes abroad set it up. Not sure how many companies will provide that kind of support. Good company to consider if you are in the market.

I read about vonics digital here and decided it sounded pretty good… hopefully, better than the other guys I tried. I have had vonics now for just over two months (not much to go by), but my experience with this company has been nothing but good. I signed up for their small business line for my financial consulting business. The prices are the best I have seen in the market with annual signup and the voice quality is excellent. It worked right out of the box without any issues.
I thought I will share my experience with others since this is the place I found this company…will report again in couple of months and see if they maintain the same quality of service and support.

Those guys will make everything to make you pay as long as possible. Not returning my emails (even if I have receipts that they read it) Company address different than on the website, so the packages get returned. All those tricks are in use with them. Something fishy there. Stay away. Do not make the same mistake as I did.

I was paying over $45 per month for comcast digital phone service. What a scam!!! They are taking a bit off everything and they try to make it into all one package and hide exactly how much you are paying.
I switched to Vonics basic phone service and got the same package for about $15 a month. I can’t tell any difference in the quality between the two. The voice quality is very good and the support staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the service and quite pleased with the savings. Why would anyone pay comcast that much more for a fixed line where as I am able to take vonics box with me when I travel…stick with TV service comcast.
Checkout vonics. This is a good service with decent features and I would recommend it to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys!

Good VoIP ServiceI switched from Vonage due to serious voice quality and support issues since there recent problems. Vonage was great for the first year.
The call quality of Vonics has been a total surprise. It’s even better than what I had. Had couple of fax issues which they resolved and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend looking into Vonics Digital if you are looking to switch.
