mindSHIFT provides VoIP service for small to medium-sized businesses. mindSHIFT’s voip service division is an offshoot of their company’s larger managed IT business. What that means for you is that you can trust their technological acumen.

mindSHIFT offers both dedicated and hosted VoIP solutions within their Managed Voice-over-IP systems. A dedicated system is owned by your company—and it includes all the networking and data support for both disaster recovery and phone use.

A hosted VoIP system places the responsibility solely on mindSHIFT. The startup cost is lower and the data protection systems are stored offsite. Overall, it makes for an easier experience.

Regardless of the plan you choose, you’ll receive unlimited local and long-distance, email-voicemail integration, and SIP trunking capabilites. VoIP faxing plans, complete with Microsoft Office integration, are also available.

I was pretty cautious about switching to Voip phone service because so many people complain about the call quality and for most businesses the phone is your life line. I chose Mindshift with very little understanding about how the service works but they have shown excellent customer service and made it simple for me to make the switch. The call quality has been great and we're happy we made the change because it's saving a substantial amount on our monthly phone bill. Thanks Mindshift!
