Here's why I don't believe that 99.9% of these 'reviews' are real: There's not one negative review. That's just not reality. Also, the grammar and redundant posts is a good indication that most if not all of these are made by employees.

Started my service 8 months back. Ported my number from Vonage within 2 weeks. I have one of those world fone product and its works really well. I pay so less to receive unlimited calls from Pakistan and free 200 mins to call back with US/Canada unlimited. I took my device back home and it worked from there. This is what I can technology at its best. I have heard there are more features coming out soon. I am excited to check them out!!

I highly recommend this service. I went from AT&T CallVantage to Vonage, and left both because of call quality and service issues, and because customer service on both was no help at all. Been with Vonics for about a month, and so far I'm really pleased with the quality of the service, and with the response of their customer service. Plus I really love the international local number feature.
The only thing that took some getting used to is that the international calls are pre-paid, which wasn't the case with the previous providers. To be honest though, their prices are so great, and with use of the international local number feature, that the money I save every month is well worth it.

I have been using vonics for two months now after reading the posts here about their service. I must admit that this is the best service I have come across after having really bad experiences with TWO other voip phone companies. Vonics digital’s voice quality is phenomenal and the service just WORKS! They do have couple of features missing like their Call ID does not show name. I had to ask myself - what good are the features if the service doesn’t work and has bad voice quality. The other two had tons of features or so they claimed, but the voice quality was no better than free skype service I used to use. Let’s just say that I can live without getting the name for now as long as the quality is good and it works.
The few times when I had question and called their service department I found them to be courteous and helpful. Vonics had the best residential unlimited deal when I signed up and unlike other vendors had no cancellation fee if I wasn’t satisfied with the service.
Note: I am an annual subscriber of vonics and after reading the post below, I get the feeling that someone is posting “0” review since vonics provides money back guarantee even with annual signup and beyond the 30 days. A fact lost on the reviewer below if they are one.

We are business user and have relied on technology and VOIP service for a long time. We were early adapters of Vonage over 4 years ago and recently with the trouble they are having switched to Vonics. We did exhaustive research and tried several services as a replacement for Vonage. After trying several vendors including VOX (also decent but did not have the web interface features we wanted) we landed on Vonics. The voice quality and realiability are pretty solid. Customer service is accomadating and right on top of things. The web interface is pretty close to Vonage and has some additional nice to haves as well. Their pricing (we do this on a month to month not prepaid) is very reasonable and they are once again accomadating with packages. The quality of the service is much better then Vonage and their web functionality (which was a necessity for us) is pretty good as well. Here are the drawbacks, when we first received the adapter had trouble getting them to work but working with Customer Service were able to get them up and running without further issue. They try to charge an activation charge for each line (this is bogus). Try to talk them out of it as that is highway robbery. There is no voicemail notification (stutter tone on the phone) or light illumination as a result of the stutter tone on the phone but they do offer email notification at this time (more important to us). They say they are working on this and it should be available soon (small price to pay), voicemail takes 8 rings to get to voicemail (can change but have to call them. Default as set by Vonics is 8 rings) and finally they are based in california so the phone adapters are based there and our phones keep resetting everytime we get a call to Pacific time and we are in Eastern. All small prices to pay for a good strong VOIP phone service that has excellent voice quality and overall offers about 98% of what a phone service like this should offer. Highly recommend and no I do not work for the company in anyway shape or form!!! Just wanted to help others who might be looking for VOIP alternatives for their business.

I agree with Chad in his review of Vonics. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and took their time explaining me all the plans and features, but I guess this is their field. I signed up and have their service for three plus months. I am very happy with the service so far. I also noticed that thier International calls voice quality is very good vs my previous provider. I am thinking of upgrading my plan from monthly to their yearly offering. Alex.

I am not even a customer (yet). I had a couple of questions that I emailed the company and within 5 minutes I had a phone call. A guy named Bobby from Vonics sat and answered my questions for like 10 to 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and most of all pleasant to deal with.
He explained their cancellation policies and how it all works. It almost sounds too good to be 1. My only concern is that they might be a smaller company and that they would go out of business. But having dealt with Vonage customer service in the past it is worth the risk.
Again I have never used their service (so my rating on that stuff is bogus) but if they are this pleasant to deal with I think I will be signing up.
