Voip.com Reviews

The Voip.com Cloud PBX for business is a great business VoIP solution for a very low cost. The Voip.com business VoIP solution would be a great fit for a medium or small business that wants a good amount of technical support and a lot of features.

You can choose from a selection of pricing options based on the length of contract and the amount of technical support you want. The lowest cost for an extension is $17.95/month. However, Voip.com estimates that the average cost will be slightly higher for a business with multiple extensions.

I am in charge of IT at a mid-sized company that fields and makes a large number of phone calls everyday. Voip.com's Cloud PBX business solution has been a wonderful weight off my shoulders after having to constantly be messing with our last phone system that was always going down. So far, we have not had any issues with the Voip.com solution and would recommend it to anyone who wants a pain-free solution to their phone system troubles. I should also mention that it's pretty affordable considering all the features you get.

We switched to Voip.com Cloud PBX for business about 3 months ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided both by the customer support team, as well as the quality of the actual phone service. Set-up was a breeze, and the phone system just works as you would expect a 25 person strong business phone system would work.
If you're looking for a solid phone service provider that also provides your phone system with some very useful features like mobile app integration, I don't think you can go wrong with Voip.com's Cloud PBX.

very easy to set-up, great price

    The Skinny

Check out the list below to see what Voip.com anticipates you will end up spending on each plan:

    • A plan with standard support will cost about $22.95/month/extension when you sign on for 2 years.
    • A plan with standard support will cost about $24.95/month/extension when you sign on for 1 year.
    • A plan with premium support will cost $27.95/month/extension when you sign on for 2 years.
    • A plan with premium support will cost $29.95/month/extension when you sign on for 1 year.

You can also choose to pay monthly rather than yearly, but usually a yearly plan is the cheapest. The premium support option means that you get on-site installation and support from the Geek Squad. But this option is only available if you live in the Los Angeles area (near their central location). Otherwise, you can get support online, in forums, and over the phone.

All Voip.com business VoIP plans include unlimited minutes. Each has a minimum of 1 extension and 1 telephone number.

The Cloud PBX solutions with Voip.com include a wide variety of features like music on hold, multiple hunt groups, and caller ID. However, Voip.com recommends that if your business is very small and you don’t anticipate needing an auto attendant, you may consider instead their plans designed specifically for small business, which are the same as the residential plans.
