I took their Advice, and Cancelled my Service for a better provider. FoneAngle

In a "Need it Now" technological world, there is no room for poor customer service and unqualified representation.
My company had many issues with FonAngle, mostly, the fact that anytime our Tech Support wanted to talk to FonAngle tech support, it was like we had just asked to meet with The Pope. We had to e-mail someone, every time, anytime we had an issue. Every time I picked up the phone, I received a run-around telling me that I had to e-mail my issue to a generic email and wait for a response. Who has time to wait? Who has a Tech Support number, that only directs you to submit an e-mail. I digress..
The main issue with FonAngle is their horrible customer service. When we tried to get better customer service, they actually told my company to look for better service elsewhere. So we did. And I must tell you, Jive.Com has been amazing.

It was easy to cancel. Cancelling led me to a better provider, Jive.com

The support has been very good. Our representative has been responsive and has kept me informed as to progress on the issue we had, which was something FonAngle had not encountered before. He arranged a time with me that was convenient to spend - only about 10 minutes total - to correct the problem on each of our devices. He went the extra mile and restored some data that normally we, as the client, may have been asked to do. He saved us time and more aggravation.
In addition, I had a question re billing which he immediately forwarded to billing. The billing rep answered within minutes via email.

For an internet phone, it is fairly easy to use. The phone is light weight. Provider is very responsive. I think they do an excellent job in support and customer service.
The provider could do a better job of up-front personal instruction when the phone system is activated. A little hand-holding for those of us who are not of the digital, VOIP generation. Believe it or not we're still out here working.

FonAngle has provided excellent call quality and customer service. I had tried two other VOIP service providers and had numerous issues with the phone equipment, quality of calls, and many other technical issues. With FonAngle we have not experienced these issues.
I purchased the recommended handsets however I did not have to purchase a different router or switch than what we already were using.
The Support team responds quickly when I make a request such as "How to block calls?" or "How to record calls?".
We are saving a lot of money as compared to when we had land lines.
Switching to FonAngle was an excellent move!

Quick to provide a quote on initial contact. Price was competitive. Call quality is excellent. Customer service is quick to respond. FonAngle's employees have all been friendly and helpful. Converting over to FonAngle was easy and seamless.
Although I originally thought having a service provider out of Canada could be an issue. It has not been a problem at all. Cheers!

Our 10 employee company was moving to a larger office and we decided that we do not want to drag over our old Nortel phone system that was installed in the old office. After a week of shopping around, we found FonAngle, and based on the number of positive reviews on forums, in media and press, a good feature set and straight forward pricing structure, decided to give it a try.
So far the experience has been truly superb, from the point of initial contact with sales team through installation and configuration by tech support. Transition from our land line service to new VOIP service was silky smooth and went without a hitch (we transferred 3 land lines). Tech support is always there, ready to jump in. Turn around on questions/issues is very short under half hour or less. We could not have been happier with our decision. I would highly recommend FonAngle.

Feature rich system, good quality hardware, fantastic service and support.
Its been only a month and so far we are 100% satisfied. No issues to report.

From the discovery process, to the sales call, all the way through implementation the service was top notch. Ryan was very helpful in making sure we understood the process and the options they offer. They were very accommodating and flexible with pricing and they took the time to make sure their solution met all our requirements. In terms of costs, they were comparable to, and in many cases, cheaper than their competition. There was some setup/info. required from the customer side but I'm certain it would be required by all hosted providers. We were not able to meet our targeted go-live but it was caused by the losing carrier during the porting process. Overall, the implementation went very well and Curtis has been and continues to be an excellent and helpful implementation manager and support person. I would easily recommend this provider.

Comparable to, and in some cases, cheaper than their competition. Excellent sales and support team. So far, the voice quality has been very good.
We've only recently switched but the only negative (and fairly minor) we can think of is that there isn't a way to limit what the end user sees if you provide them the ability to remotely manage their phone via the HoPs web interface.

We just made the switch from AT&T to FonAngle last month for an office of ~20 folks, so I don't yet have enough experience yet to speak to reliability. But so far so good. The sound quality is very good. We have had no dropped calls or clipping.
I was most impressed with the support when rolling it out. Although there were quite a few steps that fall on the client, Curtis was extremely helpful guiding us through them. We do not have local IT support yet the FonAngle team were awesome in walking us through the steps.
Since switching, our telephone costs have been cut by 70%. Payback for the initial handsets will be 4 months. So, we have a more sophisticated phone system, better handsets, better features, the same trunk line setup, the same DIDs, and an extra $1,000 each month. All by working with a team at FonAngle who are extremely competent and available. Enough said.

-Excellent technical support (We worked with Curtis) -Comprehensive feature set -Sufficient (better than expected) sound quality
-DIY installation can be a pain if you don't have a technical person on staff or local IT support -Number porting process was much more cumbersome that I've experienced in the past

We had a very positive experience with implementing with FonAngle. They were very professional and always followed up during the Project. This was our first VOIP implementation, and they made it as easy as possible. We had a large block of Phone Numbers which were Ported over without any issue. Their Web Interface is very well organized and it is easy to make changes to your Phones. We reached out to Customer Service several times and were always responded to quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to implement VOIP.

After having sound quality and connectivity issues with VOIP providers in the past, we swtiched to analog service and were paying a pretty hefty telecom bill every month. We are relocating to another city and wanted to keep our published phone number and we are opening up multiple locations. And so we decided to give VOIP another try. Read the reviews online and find Fonangle's reviews positive. From the time I contacted them and spoke to Ryan in their Sales dept. all the way to the setup with Curtis and the support team, it has been a positive experience. We are very pleased with the call quality, reliability and costs savings. However, what impressed us the most was how user-friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the staff at Fonangle is. They helped configure our routers and provided input on the most user-friendly and compatible hardware (phone, routers, etc.) They've got the basics down and that's what is most important at the end of the day....reliablle service, excellent call quality, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great culture at Fonangle. Would highly recommend.

Great User Interface and excellent customer service. Tech Support is always easy to reach and very easy to communicate with. They will walk you through any problems and prompt to help solve them.

Curtis, Tech Support, and the support team as a whole is very easy and prompt to contact and help resolve any issues or answer any questions.

The customer service at FonAngle is unmatched in any VOIP service I've encountered. Before switching to FonAngle, we had three other providers who were unable to configure our settings to meet the needs of our growing business and/or their reliability was terrible. Immediately after switching to FonAngle, I knew we made the right choice. Their customer service representatives are friendly, professional, and meet the challenges we present to them with the utmost care. I know that any time my dynamic business changes and we need to alter our phone systems, FonAngle is ready for the task. We routinely receive calls from other companies with which we do business inquiring about our phone system. I know with confidence that referring them to FonAngle is the best decision they could make for their phone needs.
