Ooma is the best landline physical office replacement solution on the planet! It is significantly more inexpensive and flexible than our previous PacBell/AT&T landline solution. The mobile app and features make it highly usable and practical for on the go use. Being able to use our existing phone handsets was very helpful and saved us additional cost. I like Ooma so much that I also use Ooma at home for my physical residential line. I recommend Ooma to anyone looking for an VoIP solution. Go Ooma!

I have been an Ooma customer for a few years and have not had too many issues. The call quality has been good and the customer service has been exceptional. We later added the texting feature to the business line and it made it even better. The phone app is easy to use and sometimes alerts that it is an Ooma call before I answer it.
The call quality is good. I can be at the office on the phone line or
anywhere getting a call from my cell.
On my cell phone I don't always know when an incoming call is an Ooma call or
a personal call.
