We were with a national name business voip provider and it was OK, but we are a sales organization and quality of service and reliability is paramount for us so we needed to have better than OK, but still needed to save money. We also love the seamless Salesforce integration into the Corvisa system and the rich feature set that helps us increase productivity while giving an outward facing large company feel. We paid a few bucks more, but it was well worth it from provisioning to everyday quality we could not be happier.

Finally I have found a telephone company that gives me everything I have been looking for...high quality customer service, easy to use interface, salesforce integration, high quality, reliability at a fair price. I have been telling management for a while that it does not make sense to try to save money if I burn up all of the savings int he IT department trying to keep things running. With CorvisaCloud my time spent on telecom related issues is nil and I get zero complaints from our users. When I call their customer service number I get a real person in the US that knows what they are doing. I highly recommend this company and their service.

This means that you're in control of your system, managing users, call handling, dashboards, and more, all from your browser. Corvisa makes it simple with a user-friendly interface and on-demand scaling, in addition to a bundle of features that include call handling, visual voicemail, call logs, greetings and more. The business phone system also includes flexibility through their desk phone, softphone, and mobile phone platforms.

Corvisa also has a Contact Center solution with built-in PBX functionality as well as inbound and outbound features to help accelerate sales. Utilize the IVR and call routing options in order to be sure that your callers get to the right people in the least amount of time. You also get the included full-featured PBX with web management and flexible phone options. But if you already own a PBX, Corvisa's SIP Trunking may be more to your liking, with low voice reates and affordable standard and toll free phone numbers.

CorvisaCloud offers their clients a complete business phone solution in the cloud. The solution comes with many productivity features such as voicemail to email, call recording, call transfer options and many more. They have highly detailed and secure data centers that can keep the information of a client stored so the client does not have to worry about any security breaches or important information getting leaked into the wrong hands. Another great feature is the Personal Queue. The Queue allows a caller to receive an option of whether they would rather wait for a representative to become available, if they are already on the phone, or allow them to leave a voicemail.

Beyond actual calling features, CorvisaCloud can provide detailed call logs for their users. These logs can monitor how many calls were missed, received and determine how long a representative was on the call. This can help managers, as well as the representatives, be able to pinpoint what is going right and wrong with their daily routines.
