I have nothing great to say, and will emphasize that if you go with this company, expect to never have your support calls handled and for every day there to be an issue. Not only would I never recommend this company, I also would say anyone looking to save money to spend more knowing you won't lose clients due to Sangoma's negligence.

Nothing. MAYBE cost.
Everything. Connecting issues is daily; call quality drops every minute; and constant issues.

I used to use the sipstation product. If I had an issue with a setting up a device there was a customer service number. You might sit on hold for an extended amount of time, but they were usually able to help. I have purchased a new sipstation device and I have had issues with it from day 1. I have called the support number numerous times in the last month, but no one has ever answered. After waiting on hold for a couple of minutes your call is forwarded to a voicemail. I have left my name and number on at least 5 occasions in the last month. I have received 0 calls back from Sangoma. I just tried again today to no avail. This is the last time that I will use any of their products.

They used to have good customer service.
Everything. The quality of products and service has degraded to the point of uselessness.

Card could not be recognized as valid hardware. Tried multiple OS and multiple servers. Sangoma support was to e-mail you a link to the install process which was followed to a tee. Probably and out of box failure on the card but still no RMA to return it after 3 weeks dealing with crappy customer service.

Sangoma is the premier VoIP interface card company. They have been a great supplier for a long time. Their customer service is excellent and covers a wide range of issues and geographic areas. They continue to improve and enlarge their product range and improve their products using available new technologies. Interface card business is hard and takes a great deal of knowledge. This means a manufacturer has to work hard and does not get the credit it deserves. They supply hardware, firmware and drivers. In addition, they deal with nervous and not so friendly situations when an integrator is in a tough spot when installing and configuring a system. This is 1 for all card OEMS, but in the telephony / VoIP it's even more crucial. Snagoma pulls off this position with flying colors!

Quality at an excellent price, continuous improvement in technology, wide range of product and feature set
The number one company in the niche, can get to their head
