Cloud PBX
Cbeyond’s cloud PBX system takes expensive equipment out of your office; instead, it 'hosts' that equipment on their private IP network.
Cbeyond’s Cloud PBX service will also grow with your company.
The Cloud PBX also comes with a virtual receptionist (auto attendant) to route your calls. Menus are also fully customizable.

BeyondVoice

Cbeyond Toll-free
Toll-free numbers allow customers to contact you for free (at least on their end).
Cbeyond’s Standard Toll-free
Three toll-free number are included with the BeyondVoice package and additional numbers are available on request. Incoming toll-free calls are charged against your monthly-pooled minutes rather than at a per-minute charge. You also have the options of purchasing more toll-free minutes and listing your number in the national directory of toll-free numbers.
Cbeyond’s Enhanced Toll-free
Block unwanted incoming calls based on their place of origin, such as prisons or pay phones. Block unwanted calls based on 3-digit, 6-digit or 10-digit Caller ID. Route calls based on several different factors including caller ID, day, time of day and volume percentages.
