Our service started having issues despite the fact that we had changed none of the settings. I called customer service and spoke to an agent. He was unable to recreate our problem but was able to see that calls were having the issue. He said he would talk to engineering and get back to me. He never called me back. I check the system again two hours later and it was still experiencing the problem. This was one of our main company phone lines so any down time is unacceptable. I called back and spoke to a different agent. He was able to fix the issue but this is now almost three hours later of having a major problem with the main company number. No call back or apology from the first agent or anyone in the company. Horrible customer service and completely unreliable phone system.
In all honesty FluentStream has been great to work with. We've tried many other providers for our small shop, and our not-so-small customers, and they have been the ONLY hassle free company to work with. I gave them all 5 star reviews except one as I'm a harsh grader. The one 4 star area is features -- their features are great and they add more all the time, but I do wish their web UI was a bit easier to understand. Still compared to the alternatives their web interface is THE best out there, and we are able to do most things ourselves there, which we prefer. However, from time to time, I still find myself chatting or calling their support as those folks can do anything in no time at all. In the 2+ years we've been with them we have experienced no notable system outage, hard to say that about anyone else.

Really enjoy the flexibility the service provides. Easy access to leaders if there is an issue, they work to keep the customer happy. Sound quality is good, no static or dropped calls. Sales team is not pushy and will only give u what you need. Availability of various desktop and mobile apps make the system flexible for various work environments and needs.
Lots of configuration options, great customer service. Very responsive and attentive to the customers needs. Tech support available 24/7.
No real issues so far. Good value for the price. Only thing is that their Zoiper app for the iPhone is not very good but it works.

Decent phone, shoddy service. After two months of poor phone service with dropped configurations on four different phones, and waiting for tech support to call me back in 24 hours, is not the idea I have in mind for business phone service and support.

This is our third VOIP in about six years. Hands down it is the most reliable. We did like Jive in the beginning but the last year they were down a LOT. Go and check their Twitter account and you will see their issues. When we moved to Fluent Stream, they explained how they were different so they do not go down and they are absolutely correct. Plus the support is awesome. To me support is a feature. FS is all US based and very responsive. Cost is always a factor for any small business. We have 4 lines and about 10 lines. Our bill actually went down when we left Jive. We had also tried 8x8...all I can say about them is RUN AWAY FAST. Awful quality. Awful support. Can only use their phones. We think we have found our home with Fluent Stream.
My experience with FluentStream Technologies has been nothing but pleasant. All of the employees whom I have worked with have been very helpful. Lacey has helped me with the porting process in addition to the set up and operation of the phones. Lacey has addressed all of the issues I have had in an expedient manner and has been very pleasant to work with. Candece, from the sales staff, was also quite helpful in aiding my decision to switch to VoIP. Other standout employees have been Chris and Dorian from the technical staff. Our call quality has greatly improved, the web-based control has been intuitive and easy to use, and the features have helped to add an element of automation saving us man-hours. In addition to all these great things about the company the cost is more affordable than our previous traditional phone service. The only complaint I can think of is that they did not send out a technician to set up the phone system although they were very helpful in aiding my setup remotely and I could see this potentially posing a problem in an office without dedicated IT staff. Overall my experience with FluentStream Technologies has been great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
