VoIPdito Reviews

VoIPdito is a UK-based provider that focuses on providing businesses with hosted PBXs.

There is only one plan with VoIPdito.

If you would like to try VoIPdito first, there is a free 100 minute trial.

The price is $4.99USD per user per month for all features. Internet calls are free. Otherwise, there is a per (time) rate to call to landline and mobiles, both local and international.

  • Calls are billed per second
  • Minimum call charge is 1¢

To use the service, you must 'top up' your account with calling credit. If you want a number related to your business' location, you must pay a monthly fee for the line.

VoIP Studio Features

VoIP Studio includes many features of a hosted PBX, like auto attendant (or interactive voice response), call waiting, music on hold, call transfer, extension dialing, voicemail, and its own sophisticated web portal.

Other features include a free softphone for computers, a contacts directory, and conference calling. There is also a console for reception, which a receptionist can use to redirect calls.

Optional Incoming Numbers

VoIPdito offers virtual numbers for many cities, which will be redirected to the auto attendant.

Otherwise, VoIPdito provides you with a UK 0845 number.

In general, the quality of voice is stable and easy to use with the Japanese menu, even though almost VoIP service vendors can NOT support the Japanese one.

The quality of voice mail could be versatile and convenient! I will be happy to use VoIPdito when I can make a call to my VIPs. Also Japanese menu is available now!
I would like to let my friend who lives in Hanoi, but the ares of Veitnam is now available, even possible to communicate the lower call rate in this area..

I class myself as a larger SME having a property management business that has a few branches in different areas of the UK. The VoIP calls and conference calls have proved invaluable as I can talk to all my managers at once and eliminate the need to try and meet up or chat online. I first got PBX when I expanded to two offices, which my then host just about coped with, but when I had 3 they were hopeless, so I changed to VoIPdito.
Being a savvy businesswoman, the free trial was what initially attracted me and I dare anyone to say different! Once that was over, I put together the package I needed and did the deal so to speak.
A special mention for Steve in customer service who waited patiently while I ‘ummed and aarhed’, added stuff and took stuff away, but between the two of us I got my perfect package. VoIPdito will come with me when I open my next office later in the year, and I hope our relationship lasts for many years to come.

Everything; free trial, web portal, virtual reception, follow me, VoIP calls, conference calls, virtual numbers, click to call, ring groups, call waiting, I love them all.
I bet they don't give me a discount for a great review!

This might sound like a very negative review but it isn't really, every company has their own standards of expectation, and due to my background I admit mine are extremely high. There are some great features at VoIPdito and some very mediocre ones, it remains to be seen whether I find a company that has everything I am looking for, but I am a glass half full kind of guy.
The follow me was great, I can't fault it, and the one click configuration which got all my phones and numbers in one place was a piece of cake. I also liked the VoIP apps for my iPhone which made life on the road a lot easier. Reading other reviews I seem to have caught customer services on a bad day, but I speak as I find and they seemed seriously uninterested in me and my questions. VoIPdito will be great for some, not for others.

love the follow me, the virtual reception, the VoIP calls and the one click configuration
Had trouble getting to grips with the IVR, staff at customer service seemed bored and disinterested, free trial was good but had various glitches, not sure if VoIPdito are right for my PBX needs

PBX is something that all businesses need now, or so I was told. I will admit this is probably not something I would have tried out off my own bat, but an enthusiastic employee of mine told be I had to give it a go, so here I am. There are a lot of companies offering these kind of services but I was drawn to VoIPdito by the free trial.
I have now signed up for a package and while they may or may not be the best around, I have no idea, they suit me and better the devil you know and all that. The package I've settled on hasn't got all the features as I simply have no need for them, so I can't comment on everything. The follow me is very good, as are the VoIP calls and apps. I'm happy overall and just thought I'd pass it on.

Free trial gives you a good idea of the features and how they work, good customer service, great for technophobes
Teething troubles with conference calling, virtual reception not as quick as it could be, took several calls to get it going in the first place but can't fault the staff at the end of the phone for their help in trying to sort it out.

The package I got from VoIPdito exactly suited the needs of my company, albeit after a few teething problems. I like the web portal where everything is in one place for you to access easily, and the VoIP calls are popular with my staff although I have never used it. The contacts list is pretty good, as only the most important calls were forwarded to my mobile. I did get more than I needed at first but a few calls to customer services trimmed it down somewhat.
As an import/expert firm we deal with a lot of overseas clients, and the conference calling has worked okay the few times we have used it so far. I would recommend VoIP Ditto to any smaller company looking for an easy to manage PBX system; any problems are quickly sorted out and with the exception of one advisor I spoke to their customer service staff are polite, friendly and professional.

The web portal is easy to access and operate, follow me makes sure I never miss the most important calls, customer service very helpful, conference calling pretty good and staff in the office love the VoIP calls.
Got more than I ordered and had to make a few calls to sort it out.

If any of you are like me, you will be looking to save money where you can on your business' outgoings, it was this that took me online to see what was on offer in the telephone area to try and bring my bills down, and I came across the VoIP Ditto website. I wasn't looking for a VoIP service as I always thought they were very expensive and just for large corporations, but the free trial offer was what really appealed I must admit.
The package is good, I can't say otherwise. Our business entails a lot of time being spent out in the field so the call diverting worked well for us. The free phone calls over the internet were also a bonus, as our phone bills seemed to be rising every month. I did struggle a bit with some of the things, the conference calling was a bit tricky to grasp at first, I suppose like everything you would get used to it the more you did it.
The customer service was pretty good as I had to make a few enquiries about this and that, and while I was pretty satisfied with it all I wasn't blown away.

no obligation trial, conference calling great once you get the hang of it
None stand out, the service is satisfactory

Hello there, I am not used to writing reviews of products that I use in my business, but when I was asked to give feedback after my free trial I was happy to. I work from home selling items from a website, and presumed that the kind of services offered here wouldn't apply to the likes of me and were more suited to larger companies. I found this company by accident when looking for a cheaper phone provider, and got the free trial just for the sake of it really.
Overall, I was very impressed with the services they offered, although I admit I only tried a few of the ones that I thought would be beneficial to me personally. A larger company will certainly gain from many of the features such as the conference calling and the virtual telephone numbers that can be anywhere in the world, whereas I tried VoIP for the first time and it wasn't anywhere as complicated as I thought it would be.
While the call diverting is no doubt a great feature, it was somewhat tiresome having my mobile keep going off when I was out and about meeting potential suppliers and the like. I suppose if I had another employee, which I hope to have soon, it would be beneficial but not for me at the minute.

free trial, VoIP calls really bring the costs down
the follow me feature is great for those who have other staff but was a pain for me personally

I have just taken advantage of the 30 day free trial and felt compelled to let other know that I have now signed up for the full service. I am the owner of an SME and to be honest, I didn't think my business was large enough for this kind of service and that it would be too expensive to run. A friend of mine recommended that I give it a go and told be about the 30 day free trial, nothing ventured nothing gained I thought, so I did it. The biggest bonus for me personally that any calls were redirected to my mobile as being virtually a one man band I spend most of my time out of the office. Nobody wants to put a mobile phone number on their company's website so my girl Friday spent loads of time answering calls when she was needed elsewhere. Overall, my business has benefited greatly from this service, and I like the idea that I only have to sign up for what I need and can add to it in the future should I expand.

the free trial is a great way to test out what is on offer, follow me mean you never miss a vital call, excellent customer service staff can't do enough to help
none that I can think of to be honest
Yes
