DLS Hosted PBX

DLS Hosted PBX offers a powerful, easy-to-use PBX engine for a very small service fee on top of that.

PBX Engine costs:

  • Class A: up to 30 seats for $195 a month
  • Class B: 31-150 seats for $270 a month
  • Class C: 151-500 seats for $550/month
  • Class D: 501+ seats, Custom pricing (safer for them and for you).

After that, hosted PBX service costs

  • $15/seat/month for unlimited calling.
  • $5/seat/month for unlimited inbound calling and 3 cents/minute outbound calling.

While DLS's PBX engine is expensive, the price gets better the more users you have ($6 a user for 30 users with a Class A PBX). DLS also compensates for the PBX Engine fee with rates that are 1/2 the price of other VoIP service providers.

You also get a bunch of features for free (including many of the most useful). I'm not sure if call center options are included as a free feature (if they are, this is a fantastic bonus), but there's a complete list on the DLS website.

DLS offers several optional modules that you can add on to the PBX engine, too. Since they're optional, you do have to pay for them, but here are the prices:

  • Unlimited Conference Bridges: $25
  • Faxing (E-Fax): $25
  • Predictive Dialer: $25 and 4¢ a minute
  • Call Recording: $25
  • New number: $5
  • Toll-Free minutes: 3¢

DLS Hosted PBX Estimator

One other cool feature that bears mentioning is that DLS offers a useful, hosted PBX estimator on their website. We recommend you check it out and get customized pricing. It'll help you move from guessing to getting an actual estimate.

The entire DLS team were great. We brought two offices and a number of telecommuters under one phone system for the first time with DLS. We were gun shy after a dismal experience with one office?s deployment of a VOIP from one of the phone giants. After a lot of time, money and worst of all downtime all we had was an expensive sophisticated system from which we could only make calls and get voicemails. At least, we usually could do those things. Enter DLS. They stayed on top of our concerns from day one, helped us with the fiascos created by the losing carriers, and made sure things just plain worked. No pie in the sky bologna. They delivered on every aspect that was under their control and many that weren?t. The negligible down time we experienced was due to the other carrier dropping the lines one week early, but DLS responded immediately. They helped us develop a reasonable and cost effective set up that has drastically improved our connectivity and lead to a more unified identity. The features in general are great. My favorite is the online panel that allows us to see whether employees in other locations are available before transferring a call. The ability to offer another staff member?s help immediately instead of adding to the pile of voicemails that need to be returned is a big timesaver.

I have used DLS as a provider for both my consumer and business Internet and VoIP services for over 8 years. The combination of a localized support staff, great pricing models and very impressive technical skills has led me to recommend them to all of my friends/colleagues that have been in the market for their type of services.
Much better to deal with than the giant providers.

DLS support is top notch, they are friendly and very adept at resolving the minor issues that have occurred. They are also very responsive to my companies growth, providing provision support very efficiently.

Since starting with the organization almost 11 years ago, we have tried many different phone systems from the traditional PBX Phone Systems to the inexpensive "online" phone systems.  It wasn't until I found DLS Internet that I truly enjoyed the phone system.  We have been PBX customers for about 24 months and are really happy to stay a customer for a very long time.We have a very mobile work force and multiple office locations in the United States.  We needed a dedicated phone system that would provide us with the required functionality and versatility of an enterprise class phone system.  Due to the nature of our business we are constantly on the phone using the DLS PBX Phone System from office locations and on the road with Windows Laptops & Android Based Softphones.I have just completed a 9 day tour to Europe where I used my Windows Laptop and Softphone, powered by the DLS PBX Phone System, as my primary telephone while on the road.  The people I was speaking with had no idea that I was using a Softphone, much less, calling them from Spain or France.  The system works great from every location I have every tried to use it and we don't have issues with the phone system.  From a cost perspective, the cost of the PBX is very cost effective.  You don't have to pay for expensive PRI Lines or pay the monthly DID charges from a traditional phone company that will ALSO charge you long distance charges or require you to purchase a bundle of minutes.  With DLS we pay a flat fee for all nationwide calling no matter where you call.  Their International rates are great also and are cheaper than what we use to pay.  The best part is that even though I was on the phone for almost 30+ hours while in Europe, I didn't pay a single dime for my phone calls back to the United States.  My DLS PBX Phone System was handling the calls and with our unlimited nationwide calling the calls were crystal clear and free.I would highly recommend getting your own DEDICATED PBX Phone System.

Call quality is great from all locations in the United States AND in Europe. Every call "sounds" like I am next door. DLS is continuously updating the software and adding new features. Call queue's work great as calls are routed in our many queue's between extensions in multiple offices at the same time. PBX has functioned perfectly since we started almost 24 months ago.

DLS Hosted PBX system is saving me thousands of dollars every month over my previous phone system.  As the owner of a  company with 5 offices and over 200 unique extensions, I can only rave about the sound quality, service, and tech support I receive consistently every time.  After our initial bumpy start-up, which DLS worked 24/7 to rectify, we have been nothing but pleased.  Our customers and employees enjoy crystal clear phone connectivity.  Add to this a bevy of features allowing my employees to customize their phone and/or virtual accessibility and you have a winning combination.  We have been with DLS over 7 years and migrating to their Hosted PBX solution was the best cost savings move I could have made for our company.  Check out the advantages of DLS Hosted PBX for your company too.

Friendly and knowledgable tech support. Willingness to explore the development of new features suggested by customers. Competitive pricing. Multitude of customization and programming capabilities. Consultation regarding phones availble for utilization with the system and advantages of each.
The billing system is somewhat cumbersome, but with 200+ extensions i would find it hard to imagine how they could provide me with the details I need and simplicity at the same time. They are working on a solution for my needs.

I highly recommend DLS and their Hosted PBX service. They provide excellent value with their Hosted PBX solution. Not only do we have a more robust and flexible system with DLS, but at a lower cost than before.
As a real estate business, we need a reliable telecom system. Before making the switch each of our offices was using different equipment & service providers. Our DLS rep Jerry and their team were all very proactive during the conversion to ensure that we had zero down-time. They also offered great suggestions on how to configure our call routing system to be efficient and allow for expansion.Since that time (4 years ago) their customer service has remained exceptional. The DLS support staff is local, professional, and responds 24/7 to troubleshoot a problem, help with configuration questions or provide training. Equipment issues or call problems are extremely rare. Our clients can reach their agents no matter the time of day, whether they are in the office or working remotely. Call clarity and stability is excellent. Our staff and agents find the system easy to use, and I find it simple to configure and maintain.

Customer service, technical support, feature-rich system, the security having the PBX hosted offsite in a protected environment, ability to easily adjust configurations, reliability, price. Scalable and flexible.

DLS is a winner. I use them at both home and for my office. The hosted PBX option can save thounsands over the course of a year and allows flexibility for remote employees. The sound quality and outage rate is better than land line.
I would suggest looking at their services to any business over 2 people.
Cool

Great technical service, oustanding quality and features and fairly priced.

My company JMM Management Group, LLC has been using DLS for the past 8 years for Hosted PBX Services as well as outsourced Information Technology needs.  We consider DLS as a Partner more than a Vendor as they make you feel like you are their only Client.
The DLS team has responded to all of our needs in a timely manor.  This type of service is not normal for a Telecommunications company.  We have always been abused by the big Telco's that put you into a Client Service Bank which has call centers located in other countries and could care less if you have failures.  DLS is an American Company employing US based workers (which is not easy to compete with other providers in this space).
DLS' Hosted PBX system is easy to use.  And if you have problems or questions they have an excellent support team that walks you through your obstacles.  DLS' Hosted PBX system is dynamic and flexible.  We use it for multiple business streams under one profile which not only saves time, but money.
As President & CEO of JMM Management, I highly recommend DLS' Hosted PBX solution to all companies looking for outsourced Telco Services.

Too many to list... Great Customer Service and Excellent one on one Client Communications. JMM Management Group, LLC has been a DLS Client for over 8 years now and will remain one as long as the service excellence does not alter.
The only real con is there billing system. My poor AP department spends way too much time analyzing the monthly invoices. Though, I hear this is will be changing.

SkipperBud’s, over several years,  has expanded implementation of the DLS Hosted PBX services to its separate locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio.  The system has proven strongly reliable, scalable, user friendly and permitted one voice communication platform to centrally manage all locations.  This has proven both productive and economical.  Customer support is excellent

I migrated away from the world of POTS lines and PRI's almost 6 years ago to the DLS solution. In the early days the fuctionality was pretty robust. The main motivations for our companies included cost of services (which saved us a lot of money) and flexablity (phones at home, forwarding, time of day routing). Today the system is almost totally redone. The functionallity is 10 full the system we started with. We have had one down time situation in 6 years which was reacted to and fixed within 60 mins. When we went down DLS forwarded all calls to the cell phone. I'm really happy with the service, upgrades and pricing. I highly recommend the product.

Cost, quality, feature evolutions and service.
With new version releases it's sometimes confusing how features work. We've had it where a new feature changes how old features work causing some problems. Their support people normally figure it out pretty quick. I just call them.

DLS Review: I have been a VoIP client of DLS for 8 years. We have never missed a beat.

Using the VoIP system has allowed my business to tie together 7 separate offices across the Midwest like we are all sitting in the same building.

I have been a VoIP client of DLS for 8 years. In that time I have changed internet providers 3 times, in separate locations based on the best available product for my offices. DLS has evaluated and installed all the VoIP platform over every line that I have had. We have never missed a beat, and not one customer ever knew we were working on our system.

Another advantage of DLS and the system they have, is it allows me the freedom to change the system when I want, without needing to hire an IT expert. The support always  answers my questions and guides me through what I need to figure out. That is from adding new users and extensions to changing the hold music for the holidays.

The system is so flexible, that I was able to land one of my largest clients because of what I could do with the system. My client needed a dedicated toll free line that we could answer for them. I contacted my sales rep at DLS, Gerry, I had a new toll free line ringing into my system in 10 minutes. We did the voice over for the line in 5 minutes and I called my client back. Told them to call the number and see what they thought of it. Needless to say, they were expecting a time line, not that I had it done and was immediatley ready to start taking calls for them.

Technology will always present challenges. The partners you have in technology are critical to determining of you keep up with it and use it to it's full advantage, or if you will be watching people pass you by with it. With the help of DLS, I have passed several of my competitors, and I am always waiting for my clients to catch up, ready for any question or challenge they have, and DLS has been a large part of my ability to stay ahead.

Great sound quality and 24 hr support
