Onebox offers some of the most powerful VoIP services in the industry today. With their premiere VoIP service, Onebox Receptionist, Onebox allows for easy use of powerful VoIP features.

    Onebox Receptionist

    Receptionist gets you most VoIP features and is a perfect companion to your small business. A virtual receptionist (also known as an auto attendant) greets your callers and directs them to any employee at any location. The basic Onebox Receptionist plan costs $49.95/month and includes 2000 minutes and 4 extensions. Plans can scale up to 12,000 minutes and 30 extensions (this version of Onebox Receptions costs $200/month). Onebox also has a live receptionist option. A live receptionist will greet your callers and route their calls accordingly. 

    Onebox Executive

    Onebox aims Onebox Executive at small office/home office establishments who need complete control over their communications system. With Onebox Executive, you get a virtual assistant who greets callers and directs them to you based on your schedule (so you can make sure that you get calls when you need and want them). Onebox Executve costs $16.95/month and includes 100 minutes of call time a month.

    What about Canada?

    Onebox offers service in Canada. Onebox has phone numbers available in Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Richmond, Victoria and New Westminster. Onebox plans to offer Canadian numbers in other cities.

    Also, Onebox does not charge extra for calls to, from, and in Canada.
