ContactTel is an award-winning VoIP provider that offers your business a variety of plan options to suit your company’s needs. ContactTel’s plans include a variety of features including voicemail, conference, call forwarding, music on hold and caller ID.

ContactTel OnDemand VoIP

ContactTel offers a per minute VoIP service starting at $.015 a minute. ContactTel OnDemand includes the features above and Fax2PDF. Fax2PDF turns your faxes into PDFs; you don’t have to print them out on your fax machine.

A plan like this also includes a local phone number for $4.95 a month or a toll free number for the same price per month. Toll free calls are billed at $.039 a minute. Other add-ons like number porting, or getting a vanity toll free number (such as 1-800-FLOWERS), cost an additional fee, ranging from $29.95 to $49.95.

ContactTel Corporate Optimum

ContactTel’s Corporate Optimum plan allows you to operate two lines simultaneously. You receive 2500 incoming and outgoing calling minutes to the US and Canada. The plan also includes one local or toll free number; it costs $39.95 a month.

ContactTel Corporate Extended Simultaneous

ContactTel’s Corporate Extended Simultaneous plan gives you three separate pricing plans to suit your company’s needs.

The $99.95 option includes 5 lines, 2 voicemail boxes and 7500 minutes.

The $189.95 option gives you 10 lines, 5 separate voicemails and 15,000 minutes.

And finally, the $359 per month option gives you 20 lines, 10 voicemail boxes and 30,000 minutes.

All three plans include one local or toll free number.

We signed up for this service; our router was a Linksys SPA3102 (brand new).  They could not get the phone to ring, and we could not receive incoming calls.  Despite this, they continued to bill us, and after the first attempt to fix our connection, they stopped responding to email.  After 2 weeks, we made the move to Vonage, and after installing our router (which amounted to connecting it), our phone began to ring again and all worked correctly.  We had a balance of nearly $40 with ContactTel, and we asked them to close the account and mail the balance to us, or send it by email money order:  never happened.  That was 8 months ago, and we don't expect to see that money again.  This place is a total rip off.

Absolutely none.
We couldn't receive incoming calls; they couldn't set up our router for incoming calls; they wouldn't respond to support requests after the first failure; they never answer their phone; they didn't return the balance of our money, even though they claim no disconnection fees.
