consistently good voice quality. My clients are very important to me and I
think it’s just horrible that your call breaks or distorts when you are
dealing with a major client. My clientele is limited but they are big players
so I would have easily switched to another VoIP right away if this wasn’t
up to the mark; but Axvoice has always been a reliable VOIP service. This
review is for all those years of excellent service that they have provided

As others have said there is no person to talk to nor will they provide their
names. I was with them for 5 years and starting last year they moved me to
their most expensive plan on my
contract renewal date. It took a few emails but they fixed it. This year they
just ignored my requests for adjustment. I moved to another provider and they
charged me $40 for my gateway. I have to return it at my expense. Then after
they have it for 2 days I have request to get a refund. These people are
sleazy and have no problem making unauthorized charges to your credit card.

Absolutely no customer service. If you have a problem, you have to email them
and the problem may or may not go away.
At the end of year, they changed my plan to most expensive one without any
notice. Then they waited 32 days to charge my credit card for previous month
$18. I tried to change to another, cheaper plan, but was unable. I canceled,
but had to pay another month because they informed me after second month
started. I switched to their competitor and hope to have better experience.

Great International Dialing Package!

Great International Dialing Package! I wanted to use their service as I own
an import-export business and I am usually making calls all over the world. I
was looking for something that I could use on the go as well as use in my
office. Then in one of the forums I saw a reference to axvoice and when I
visited their site, I found that it met my requirements. I could use it on a
SIP software phone through my PC and configure it for use on my smartphone as
well. All in all the unlimited international call package for $16.58 was well
within my budget and I saved money on all the calls I made.

I have been using Axvoice for 3 years and the service has been flawless. No call issues of any kind and no issues sending and receiving faxes. Like others have said you have to keep an eye on the billing. I have an annual plan and they always switch me to the most expensive month to month when the year runs out. There is no phone support and the email support is very abrupt and like the website assumes you are a technical expert. It leaves you wondering if your issue will be resolved or not and they do not say how to perform what ever task you have asked about.

Axvoice has been a great experience for me so far. Being a housewife, I do not have much to do other than call my parents. My bills were rocketing sky high, until I got axvoice. I was able to keep my existing number through their porting facility. I have an 8 dollar package and it works fine for me.

Their Residential plans give you free incoming and outgoing calls to U.S. and Canada for as low as $8.25 a month. They also offer Business plans for as low as $14.99 a month, and International plans for as low as $16.58 a month.
Axvoice VoIP service works in your home by connecting your current home phone to the router with an adapter. Axvoice will supply a VoIP phone adapter with service for the cost of shipping ($19.99). Alternately, Axvoice supports Bring Your Own Device, so you can supply your own adapter if you have already purchased one.
The Rub
Axvoice provides four of the most economical residential calling plans available in VoIP service: Home Phone Service USA/Canada, US/Canada 200, and Pay As You Go. The plans are set up to accommodate your specific household's calling needs and are priced accordingly. Over 30 calling features are included on every plan for every customer at no extra cost. These features include call management features like alternate caller ID, simultaneous ring, 3-way call, call waiting, and more.
