I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. As a recent customer I'd like to post feedback on working with Teledynamic Communications, specifically in regards to customer service . In my first conversations with Mr Kremlacek, I recognized I new very little about what I really wanted or needed to have installed to cover my communication needs as a business owner. He was able to explain what my system needed to do for me, and what type of options (and prices) were available. It was obvious that he had an extensive backround in setting up communications systems for businesses like mine. After some coaching, I was able to make a decision based on my needs and made a purchase on one of his recommended systems. The components arrived and the contracted installer came in and "took care of business". The install and startup had a few minor delays but were all dealt with promptly, and in this case the system performed just as promised. I suppose to get to the point, the products I purchased were relatively generic and available through several vendors. The coaching, recommendations, installation and system follow-up were exceptional. In this case I felt I needed to give feedback "when something went right" and to say I appreciated what I considered exceptional customer service. Thank you for the great service, Rob Lanoy
