I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. I like this provider, switched over from Vonage who i was having a lot of problems with but these guys sorted me out and its actually working out cheaper for me. Support is really good and free from my account unlike other premium rate support numbers. Top Rated for me
I've been with YourChoiceVoIP for two weeks now. When I received the VoIP adapter I didn’t know how to install it, so I called their support team who were very helpful, they then told me how to install it and then away we go, it was done. I was so happy, it was that simple an easy to install. After that I never had a problem with it. I chose their Pay As You Go account which I found extremly good, exellent quality, I couldn’t beleive that it was so clear, now im thinking for going for their £9.99 package for more better value and it saves me a lot of money too. I am highly recommending that whoever is in the market for an inexpensive alternative to regular landline telephone, to give YourChoiceVoIP shot at being your first VoIP provider! You will not be disappointed!
