I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. I have hosted my sites with IX Webhosting for two years now and overall, I am extremely pleased with their service. Previously I was with GoDaddy and for various reasons, I made the switch and have never regretted it. What I like about IX Webhosting is that I can have up to fifteen dedicated IP's. Many of the other companies want to charge for this separately or will not offer dedicate Ip's at all. The Customer Service/Support has also proved to be fast and helpful. I mostly have used their live chat but have also had luck with their direct phone support as well. My issues have always been resolved in a timely manner. IX Webhosting provides a good value for a quality product. Many of my friends have decided to go with IX and are as pleased as I have been.
