I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. I normally don't write these kinds of reviews, but I have been so happy with the service at Omnis Network that I felt compelled to share my experience with others. I am fairly new to website design and was running into some difficulties while setting up my business website so I spent quite a bit of time with Omnis Tech Support. They were incredibly patient with me and were always available when I needed them. I actually do most of my website design on the weekends and never experienced any problem reaching someone on the line on Saturdays or Sundays. It pays to have great service and because of this, my websites will always be hosted by Omnis Network!
