I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. Their rates are competitive and easily understandable without hidden costs. They also coordinated transfering our phone numbers and any other issues we had. - Erik Pelton (Erik M. I have nothing great to say, and will emphasize that if you go with this company, expect to never have your support calls handled and for every day there to be an issue. Not only would I never recommend this company, I also would say anyone looking to save money to spend more knowing you won't lose clients due to Sangoma's negligence.
Very worst support from sangoma. I am using 3cx they don't how to route the calls. its taken more than a month still they not able fix.
