I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. This voip service has SO MANY PROBLEMS its the worst the support are the worst in history of the internet and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket and my account manager never on they will make your life hard just so you give up and don't get your money back don't use it stay away they are the worst.
Signed up with commpeak, got all the way through setup, and wanted to clarify the technical route. Then the agent told me that there was a minimum average call duration for the service (despite them offering per-second billing) and that if I didn't meet the average then my service would be cut off. CUT OFF. She tried to debate with me what that meant, but I run a callcenter, I don't have time to mess around with maybes. Suggest staying away from these dishonest people.
