I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.

I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months.  Their service has worked easily and very well.  During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input.  Their rates are competitive and easily understandable without hidden costs.  They also coordinated transfering our phone numbers and any other issues we had.  - Erik Pelton (Erik M. I just bought a credit from webacall. I tried to make a phone call however I can not hear the other party and the worst, I can not hear myself. I tried everything, disable the firewll etc, dial *89 to do the echo test but I can not hear my own voice. but nothing works. please help me!

I have used many voip services I have never felt so glad since I have been using webacall.Their service is great,is cheap and charge by second calling that means you talk for your money.No waste.I have referred to my friends and they feel the same.
