This voip service has SO MANY PROBLEMS its the worst the support are the worst in history of the internet and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket and my account manager never on they will make your life hard just so you give up and don't get your money back don't use it stay away they are the worst.
Signed up with commpeak, got all the way through setup, and wanted to clarify the technical route. Then the agent told me that there was a minimum average call duration for the service (despite them offering per-second billing) and that if I didn't meet the average then my service would be cut off. CUT OFF. She tried to debate with me what that meant, but I run a callcenter, I don't have time to mess around with maybes. Suggest staying away from these dishonest people. We have used Flowroute for several years. All along we have been highly impressed with their call quality, customer support, and price. They have scaled with us as our business has grown. We recently discovered their APIs which has been a godsend for us – because we can now manage our phone numbers in an automated fashion. Another important factor for us was to have SMS. Flowroute’s Messaging API solved that gap for us – although you do need to have some developer skills to implement.
