This voip service has SO MANY PROBLEMS its the worst the support are the worst in history of the internet and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket and my account manager never on they will make your life hard just so you give up and don't get your money back don't use it stay away they are the worst.
Signed up with commpeak, got all the way through setup, and wanted to clarify the technical route. Then the agent told me that there was a minimum average call duration for the service (despite them offering per-second billing) and that if I didn't meet the average then my service would be cut off. CUT OFF. She tried to debate with me what that meant, but I run a callcenter, I don't have time to mess around with maybes. Suggest staying away from these dishonest people. We've been using Dialpad since it was Switch.co, and it has been reliable, and with good quality audio. We have experienced no problems, and the price was great for the features it included. We also use the included Uberconference, and it also works well.
No customer service on weekends or after hours. No way to call them for support only email or chat, and even then, nobody reads or responds on the weekend. The price is good if the service worked, but I don't receive my calls. I opened a ticket about it but they stopped working on it. My business is dead in the water without calls. I tried to port my number away from them but nobody is answering the phone to even figure out the details. My bill has no details that the winning provider would need to get my number. I am really stuck.
