I just bought a credit from webacall. I tried to make a phone call however I can not hear the other party and the worst, I can not hear myself. I tried everything, disable the firewll etc, dial *89 to do the echo test but I can not hear my own voice. but nothing works. please help me!

I have used many voip services I have never felt so glad since I have been using webacall.Their service is great,is cheap and charge by second calling that means you talk for your money.No waste.I have referred to my friends and they feel the same.

I've been an active VOIP user for a couple of years now and have tested tens of providers. Getting connected is very difficult. There are all sorts of problems - messed up destinations, g729 codec problems, SIP signalling issues. Their customer service can only point fingers at user even though they have been presented with explanations and test cases. All in all - Avoid webacall at all cost!!!

I have been with webacall for a few months now and i must say i am very impressed! I now use exclusively the calling card solution and am able to keep in touch with all my international friends and keep my phone bill down! It is easy to use and the support team is so helpful. Scratch phone cards are such a thing of the past!Try it out..wherever you are.

The pricing is very attractive. Add to that these guys charge per second. Yet the dialer is not best I have seen, but it is bearable. The biggest problem is getting connected. The company requires you to configure your firewall and perhaps your router. Yet you cannot guaranty that you will get connected. I have downloaded the new dialer that should work better, but I still cannot always get connected. I am going to stick with these guys until my credit. By the way www.mywebcalls.com is a front for the same company. Avoid it too, until they get their stuff togethor
