Vonjour Reviews

Vonjour offers customers two options for VoIP communication: one that is free, and a paid subscription that offers more features. Vonjour offers a free service to show just how effective VoIP really can be, and they are not afraid to let everyone use it. While their paid service is clearly better, both services give businesses the tools they need to succeed.

Free VoIP Services

Vonjour’s free VoIP package comes with several features, including the ability to choose any number as a local virtual phone number. That way, callers can enjoy making a local call even if offices are located much further away. Each account also includes a toll-free number, so that customers from around the nation can make free calls.

Other features of Vonjour’s free service include an automated attendant, 3 extensions, tons of call transfer options, and text messaging services.

Premium Package

The premium VoIP package expands on Vonjour’s already awesome plan with unlimited extensions, and 5000 minutes of free calling instead of 1000. It also includes a second local phone line, which can be directed to serve any region of your choice.

Vonjour offers 3 levels of premium pricing, with the maximum level granting 10,000 minutes, 2 toll-free numbers, and 4 local numbers. Vonjour offers excellent service and has a plan for every kind of customer, so try switching to them today.

I have used virtual phone services for nearly a decade. I find that the two biggest issues are the setup process and the poor coverage. I had a decent experience with RingCentral they had a lot of outages and then they raised their rates. I switched over to Vonjour. The port took 8 days. They had a voice actor do our recordings, which was included in the service. All together the setup was fairly easy and I haven't experienced any outages.

Easy setup. Low price.
No fax.

Signed up with this guys since I liked their UI and it was the easier to set up. Unfortunately they started messing with my billing in the first 60days. I got charged double and when I complained they started over charging me. For a $22 a month service I was being charged $26. Support sucks. Sometimes a question is answered in 48 hours or not at all. Poor English too. Obviously these are some guys in who knows where working on this part time. Too bad they could no be serious about it, they had so much potential. I disputed with my credit card since they refuse to credit for their wrong-doings.

great UI easy to navigate
total scam, don't trust with your credit card

Switched from Grasshopper. Happy with my Vonjour system and auto attendant.

Switched over from Grasshopper. Vonjour was much easier to use, which was a
lot different from Grasshopper, which we found to be hard and buggy. Their
customer support was good. They gave us a professional voice recording for
free, which Grasshopper charged us $30 for. All in all, I was pretty happy.

Really easy to use. Has most of the features we needed. The auto attendant is simple to setup.
Had to wait 10 minutes for the number to get activated. Overall pretty quick setup.
