This provider has grown progressively worse over time. They used to be easy
to work with and had a very personal touch. They replaced that with call
center staff that don't know how to help you and inflexibility. They have
implemented business practices that have caused a great many problems for our
customers and end-users. The used to excel at communication but that seem to
drop the ball on that a lot now. They appear to be very focused on selling
their hosted platform and really aren't interested in anything else. Even the
host platforms seem to be getting bad reviews now. I would stay away from
them and go with a larger provider with more experience and a better quality
of staff and leadership.

Started our strong, communicative, and flexible.
Grew to get in their own way. Became rigid, grew to lack reliability and customer service.

The Proximiti Call Center is very easy to use. Also, I'm connected to the internet via fixed wireless, but the quality of calls are surprisingly good. I've tried vonage before and I didn't get that good of call quality. I don't like that I have to leave a voicemail for customer service to call me back.
