With Optimum Voice World, you'll pay a lot to get a decent amount.
Optimum Voice World gives you 250 free international minutes every month. That includes up to 30 minutes to Cuba. You also get unlimited free calls inside the United States and Canada and a slew of value-added features (call waiting, enhanced voicemail, etc).
That's about it, though - you are buying phone service from a large cable company.
For instance, you're advertised as receiving 250 free international minutes every month (30 to Cuba). But Optimum Voice blocks you from calling Cuba for more than 30 minutes a month and from calling internationally for more than 500 minutes a month. Not they may block you - they will block you. That sucks, we think.
Like I said, you get a decent amount, but for a lot. Optimum Voice World is $19.95 more than the normal cost for Optimum Voice, which is $34.95. If you've got a bundled package of services and get a discount, use it. If not, maybe steer clear.
