I have been with MPC for over a year now, and it started off as a great love affair. The price, quality, and reliability were awesome to say the least. Unfortunately in the last 6 months this has all changed. While the price and quality are still good, you feel lucky to be talking to someone because of the constant service outages. The service has been off for minutes, and it has been off for days at a time, seemingly for no reason. Customer service (as I am sure you will notice from other reviews) is completely non exsistent. If they do talk to you, they will try to convince you that something on your end (modem, router, line) is the problem. Well, I am not stupid or computer illiterate and know when it is a service problem. I am looking now into an alternative company, reading reviews and comparisons, and will be switching as soon as I can. I am sorry MyPhoneCompany, but you won't continue in business if you don't change.
