Got alot better, there is not much I could say, but when I started service it wasn't good. 5 month's later and they are truly good. I chat with them online if I have any questions and I got good sound. I got their tech team to set up my new wip 330 wifi phone, and even set up a softphone (X-lite) with there service.
Can be used with Asterisk,Softphones, IP phones, Acutally talk to you, Have American Staff(not indian),nice people
I can honestly say, none at this point; but rest assure I will complain if needed.

I am so happy I signed up. For $15 a month I call non-stop to Spain, Italy, England, Israel and Russia for my Travel Business. I haven't experienced any problems at all with these guys yet.

Service - 5 but for sound and connection only. After using TimeWarner, Vonage and Sunrocket technical side is very poor: 1-no caller ID (just ph#), 2-they dont send date/time information on my phone => I have no idea who called and when; 3-no 911 service (twice I had to call 911 - it didnt work - luckily my cell was OK). Price was $20 + estimated fees&taxes $24 total but now its $32. You can use it if you had no Voip ph before - you wont compare! Im going to cancell.

Cannot get incoming calls for over 3 weeks, cannot retrieve voice mail from a different phone. Horrible quality. I should have stayed with Telelblend.

After a 2 month long horror story switched to masterDigital. I found the sound quality to be great! The instructions were clear and set up was a breaze.

First off, let me say that customer service always picked up. Next off I only had one problem and customer service fixed it right away. I like it

You people must really be nuts! number one they let you choose your box, and I dont know about you but I had one problem.The box couldnt recieve calls when I got it so I had to call tech support; which answered(SHOCKING????)and helped me open the ports on my router, I am happy with the service. Its a cheap alternative to a house phone!!!
Few Problems, Customer service is there, very polite and you actually feel good about your purchase, quick shipment

First thing - The worst customer service ever!! Plain and simple!! I've called several times and their help are clueless and unhelpful. Their famous line, "I am sorry you are experiencing problems but rest assured that we are working hard to resolve your issues!" What? I had to call several times just to get a call rep and they couldn't even help to locate why my box was taking so long to arrive (one month later it arrives). Phone number only worked as an outcall but incoming was not working...they never could fix that issue. They had me close all my firewalls then open all my router ports just so their equipment would work...well it didn't and they said they would call me back or send instructions by email. Now it's two and half weeks and nothing. It took longer than a month to get their box and now sitting at almost 2 and half months and NOTHING! They said they would not refund my money as I was past my 30 days. Hell...I never had service in the first place!! Good luck with their customer service! Oh don't send emails because you will never get and answer back from them. Calling is your only best bet! Just say no and don't waste your time and money!!

I found the setup pretty easy and self explanatory. The service wasn't landline quality, but I have had no major problems with it. Overall it seemed worth the price
