I have beenusing mylowphone for two months and I have yet to have a problem with the service or the customer care people. Actually the call quality was very good compaired to another voip company that I just left.

mylowphone = low quality
Codec they use is low quality, support is awful with high hold times and rude representatives, service kept going down. The biggest thing was they couldnt transfer my number after they said they could. Prices could also be much better compared to others. Left for another provider where I am much happier.

I was looking for a cheap voip company. mylowphone is pretty cheap, I was suprised that it only took like five days to get the ATA! How long does it take to get the equipment from other places?

found them on the internet. hot site! looked through the site and found the perfect plan. 24 a month for local and long distance in us and canada. customer service was great, nice staff with easy to read instructions. i received my ATA in three days hooked it up and have had no problems!
