Got my adapter without any receipt/instruction,only user manual comes with it.install it cant receive incoming call,they try to fix it for over a week.so annoying have to call them more then 10 times,still cant be fix.so i cancel my free trial.send back the adapter(with my cost),got a call today saying that i send out wrong ethernet cable,they need their fancy "BLUE ETHERNET" cable back or they will charge $12.99.oh the CS start laughing when i ask for my Gray ethernet cable back,she tell the guy (i guess her mgr) he ask for his cable back and they guy said i have to pay for the shipping .
oh 1 more thing cant find their customer service phone#,finally call 212# and their is a msg"if u r current customer pls call 1800" what an idiot!
go with other company!!! Stay away!!!dont waste your time with their stupidity.

RECEIVED MY BOX - CONNECTED AND CURRENTLY CAN ONLY MAKE OUT GOING CALLS! NO INCOMING CALLS!! WHEN I CALL A LOCAL NUMBER I HAVE TO DIAL THE AREA CODE EACH TIME! STARTED MY SERVICE WITH MYMASTERDITIGAL THE LAST WEEK OF JULY AND RECEIVED ONLY ONE EMAIL ASKING ME TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER TO GET A PASSWORD SO I CAN LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY FOR THE PASS TWO OR MORE WEEKS! ALL I GET IS A VOICE RECORDING TELLING WHEN THEIR OFFICE IS OPEN!! I'VE CALLED IN THE MORNING, AFTERNOON AND NIGHT NO LUCK SO FAR! GOING TO QUIT MY SERVICE AND CROSS MY FINGERS THEY REFUND WITH THEIR 100% REFUND POLICY. HAD ENOUGH ALREADY AND MOVING ON!

ONLY THING WAS THEY QUICKLY PORTED OVER MY OLD PHONE NUMBER.

I used to be with Vonage, and they kept telling me my calls were of were breaking up due to my internet. Well guess what! When I was sick of hearing that I switched to MasterDigital, and guess what, my calls sound great!!! I am very happy with there service, and recommend it to anyone.

I am so upset, I did not find them earlier. They provide an inexpensive program that allows me to have great service and save. I am very happy with the service and their customer support.

Easy to use, fast service. If your looking for a reliable company with actual people and not just machines (VONAGE!!!) this is the company for you.

I am a customer with master digital for almost half a year now, and I am very happy with the service. I usually travel alot, and I take their device with me everywhere I go. Their customer service is easy to speak to and understanding. They helped me setup their device in minutes.
When I lost connection to the internet, they even helped me fix my network problems.
I recomend this service!
