Poor reliability.  We've had 2 outages in the past 3 weeks that happened during work hours.  Horrible customer service.  No response during outages except blanket emails 24 to 48 hours after the fact.  Poor architecture: They talk about all their back up processes in place yet still have outages.  Poor value Nickel and dime you for every service change.    Just awful.

VOIP in general has lots of Pros - flexibility in setting up accounts, disaster recovery, cost savings. But there is nothing Icore does that separates them from the pack. We went them a few years ago only because there were few options.

Run away from iCore.  They are growing too fast to keep up with their installed customer base.  Issues never get resolved, but fees get added.  Big mistake going with iCore.

Inexpensive DS3.
Many many service outages, Customer Service sometimes doesn't answer the phone, Charges for DNS entries and user name changes (these were not in our original contract), Sells the wrong equipment for the service, Trouble-tickets repeatedly closed with no action on them, no response from a customer account rep.
