I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. I totally agree with the other reviewer (there's only one other review at this time). I've been using Jivetel for our office for about 8 years now, and it's only good. I just had a tech issue. I called their support number, Ron answered the phone immediately, and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me making changes and adjustments and solving issues. His attitude was great, and he got everything working perfectly. I've only had positive experiences with Jivetel and I recommended them highly.
I used many other VOIP companies that are much more known on the market. Jivetel outshines all of them. They have great quality and many features. The level of customer service is what makes them stand out. I highly recommend Jivetel to any individual or business that cares about customer service and wants to be treated well.
